Fails to disclose problems
by Gerald on 09/08/2024We too drove 1 1/2 hours after talking to a sales representative on the ford focus. Once we arrived we were told the transmission was out and wouldn’t be even able to drive it, however they did have other quality used vehicles 🙄. One… dented junkpile after another with no warranty.I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH FRAUD!
by L Clay on 01/03/2024We drove 350 miles to buy a 2019 Chev pickup. We were in contact with them the whole way..2 texts and a phone call..they said when we arrived it would be sitting out front BUT when we got there...they said the turbo was blown and couldnt… start it! When we went back to look at it...it had parts missing..no 5th wheel prep package..the bed had been replaced along with the bumper..scratches and dents down the entire sides that had been hastily covered with touch up paint along with paint on the bedliner..no back up camera as the ENTIRE back end seemed to have been replaced! The running boards were missing parts! They advertised it like a brand new pick up! And for 62000 it should have been! When confronted..noone knew anything..they just started..and couldnt possibly be aware of every sigle thing wrong with every vehicle on their lot???!!! [non-permissible content removed]
