    Everyone I interacted with was helpful and honored my requests for information. Will, John, Quintin, and Teronda, I apologize for not getting her name correct as I know I messed it up, they all were helpful, friendly, and courteous. I felt like I was family when talking to them because they seemed to be truly interested in my needs and never pushy but yet consistent with their communication during the transaction. I shopped around at several other dealerships and their communication, helpfulness, and response to my requests did not compare to the Seth Wadley team and that is why I chose to buy from this dealer.

    Absolutely everything. Robert Smith was our salesperson and he was very welcoming and answered every question we had, he made it a priority to assist me and my wife to make sure we had felt welcomed and comfortable in the vehicle. Robert was definitely a professional in this field! I will definitely be going back to him for my next vehicle. Chris Howell was our financial guy and he was genuinely one of the nicest people we have dealt with EVER in a dealership. Not only did he help us get into the right vehicle but he made the experience and wait worth while! He made us laugh during the entire process and made it so easy to sign on the dotted line. These gentlemen made it a mission to get us out of our vehicle and into the one we really wanted. I highly recommend to anyone to go to Seth Wadley Ford and ask for these two guys. You will not be dissapointed.

    Thomy Martin was a very professional salesperson who did not exert any pressure whatsoever. Explained every detail about the truck. The whole dealership made it a pleasurable experience to buy the truck.

    No pushy sales man also everyone we met was very friendly they answered all questions also they have a Easley promise to cover the engine oil changes and many more just look them up on the internet for full listing of the promise.

    felt like i was dealing with a good friend and they took great care of me had my car ready with a full tank of gas and cleaned when i was ready to go home took time to show me how to work the new fusion it was amazing

    I inquired about the explorer after looking at it online. Nita contacted me to set up an appointment yesterday to come in, trade in our truck and get our suv. She is very friendly, broke everything down for us, and answered all of our questions we had. Will defiently will be coming back to do business with her again and refer family and friends to her. Quentin in finance did an amazing job answering our finance questions and explain the importance of gap insurance.
