Joanette Bauer was our sales person and made us feel comfortable with the deal… and showed us all the ins and outs of the electronics package included with the vehicle. Diron Carter in Service was a great help in making the vehicle ready for us to take home. All and all a great experience. This is the second Cadillac we have bought from Bob Moore Cadillac and the deal went as smooth as the first.CT6 Purchase

by hospice4life on 06/10/2016I found a car on line, ask for a salesman to contact me. Marcus was great to work with, very honest and I believe understood my diverse needs on several cars.. Not as impressed with the service department, Wanted to charge me several… hundred dollars for my ash try that had come off track in the back.. Went home and took the 5 min to study the mechanism and fixed it. it wasn't broke.(company Car) This time I had repairs done and my check engine light came on the very next day again.. this has happened twice now.. Playing phone tag with the service department rep.Great job Will!

We believed the seats in the car we purchased were going to be "dark grey" (like the car we initially were going to buy) instead of the "light beige" we received but we are now glad that the "light beige" seats were… installed in our new car. Also the "Paper tag" should have been installed and car filled with gas prior to our arrival.
