Fuel pump patch
by Cbbatokc on 08/15/2025updated 08/21/2025My recent visit was the result of a computer patch to the fuel pump. While the price was not exorbitant I think its ridiculous to pay 200 bucks for a software update. That seems like something that should be half price. But the bigger… issue was it was fixed without me being quoted a price or okaying it. This should never happen.Complex mechanic work
by Mr picky on 03/24/2025updated 03/31/2025Our service team member Zac did an outstanding job working with the tech to come up with a repair plan for our car ( which has an expired GM warranty). He did a great job finding the balance between critical repairs and things that did… not need to be fixed. He worked diligently to find service coupons and worked with Mike to schedule the complex repairs in a very timely manner. I am very particular about the engine bay and require that it looks factory installed at all times. After the work was completed my inspection under the hood revealed that the mechanic did outstanding work and was very clean. If you are thinking about repair work on any vehicle I highly recommend Zac, Mike, and the mechanics.Thanks for highlighting some of our staff who helped make this such a great experience! Efficient Service
by 12rings on 07/15/2010I have had my Suburban in to this dealer twice for service. I find them to be very quick and efficient. Appointments are available in a timely mannor and the work is done quickly while you wait. The prices for most items seem reasonable… and they sent me a coupon for a free oil change. Even though I have a Chevy I return here since I purchased it used here.
