Excellent Buying Experience
by avogel2007 on 10/03/2023I highly recommend Frontier Chevy. They were great to work with and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again in the future. We purchased from them as an out-of-state buyer, and they made the buying and paperwork… process seamless. The customer service was amazing from the sales team (Kurt) to finance (Kevin). They were professional and not at all pushy. It was actually an enjoyable experience. The pricing was more than fair and in today's car buying market that is hard to come by. It felt like buying in my home town and you don't find that very often today either. I highly, highly recommend Frontier!

He was knowledgeable and friendly but not pushy at all. he made… me feel welcome and like his top priority, not rushed. The selection of vehicles was great with the Chevy lot and the Dodge lot and the used car lot. Will definitely be back and also be telling all my friends to come shop at Frontier!Stay away!

They will promise you a great deal, with no extra price "out the Door" and then add on $285-plus when you try to close the deal, always with some hair-brained excuse. They list internet prices and then won't honor… them. Always some excuse. I "secured" a deal with them on a 2010 2500hd LT truck, only to get this treatment when it came time to close the deal. Stay away from [violative content deleted]!We do honor our prices on vehicles. We do NOT have any documentary fees. I do not know what happened during this incident but Frontier Chevrolet has been in business over 30 years. We offer $9.95 oil and filter changes on Chevrolets and have 1,000 of happy customers.
