Our salesman, Mr. Dixon, was forthright, honest and knowledgeable about the… vehicles. He did not try to play salesman games with me and he fulfilled every promise he made. I got more bells and whistles with the Sonata than I would have been able to get with the Tucson.… Very roomy, comfortable ride, awesome dark blue color. Very please with the sales process and the end result.Thank you!!

He was very professional and made it as quick as possibly as we had both of our boys there. 1 is 5years old… and the other is right under 3 months old so you parents know how it’s important to get things done as quick as possible. They didn’t have the color I wanted in the car I was buying so they gave me a rental for two days until mine came in. When I came to pick up my car bill had it all set up and ready for me. He sat with me and explained EVERY detail of the car. When we buy another car we will definitely use bill! Thank you Hyundai & Bill for our amazing experience.Finance Department

by Jess_C on 05/16/2018Found a truck online through the USAA car buying service. Initially, everything was great. I got to talk to my sales person, Denny and he FaceTimed me the truck. I specifically asked to see everything wrong with the truck since I was unable… to see it in person. He showed me a mark in the seat and a dent in the tailgate. I asked if anything else was wrong with the vehicle and I was told no. I sent my pre approved loan information and a big down payment. After that point, it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. It’s like I was being avoided, they made a sale and got their money so I was simply put on the back burner. Call after call I finally was able to drive 5 hours to pick up the truck after being told it would be serviced and detailed for me. I show up to the dealership to find out it was not detailed or washed. Had to wait an hour and a half and then I get to the truck and see the tank is empty. The truck was filthy inside, dirt all over the place. Come to find out after picking up the truck and looking it over, the back end of the truck was dented and scratched, the driver mirror was cracked, and it only came with one key. That will be the last time I ever work with this dealership and will for sure never recommend them. I feel like I have been taken advantage of since I purchased the vehicle out of state and put my trust in their word.Regional Hyundai

When the final unitemized bill was presented I had no idea what each thing cost and it wasn't explained to me as things were added how much the things… were going to cost.Regional Hyundai
