    The service writing staff treated me well. They have been there a while. Everything was done to my satisfaction. I would recommend anyone to get their Chrysler vehicle work done there. Tom runs a good service department and Ray is good in the parts department.

    We purchasedour 2019 Ram 3500 in November 2019. When I went to pick up the vehicle and sign papers I was told one of the key fobs was not include but the dealer who they had the truck transferred from was sending it and would arrive the following week. But then I was told it was coming from the Dodge factory, then I was told it was on backorder for 2 months. When I attempted to get an update either by calling or emailing the Sales Manager and the Office Manager not once returned my call or email. I found a fob at another dealer and tried to get Dave to get this fob so we would have two sets of keys. To this day i have never had a reply. My husband was able to get ahold to Dave and arrange to get the fob programmed. I'm not sure if the staff at Wooster felt like they did not have to reply because I was a woman but since I was the one whose name is on the paperwork I would have thought they would have been more responsive. I can tell you that the true colors of the dealership is how they handle situations when things do not go right and this dealership did not handle it well.
    • Unfortunately the other dealer didn't give us the 2nd key and we had to order one from the factory. That part was on national back order for several months. In fact, it still is on back order so you were fortunate to find a dealer that had one in stock. We weren't dodging your phone calls, we just figured we would reach out when we had the solution. Your questions were answered everytime you called the store, we just didn't have an update on availability. When you found one in Texas, Dave actually paid for it with his credit card on the spot because our company credit card wasn't available at the time due to our office staff being gone for the day. It has nothing to do with you being a woman, it had everything to do with the fact that parts weren't available from the manufacturer. We are sorry you feel the way you do but we resolved the situation as soon as we could.

    Best experience at an auto dealer ever. I liked the vehicle, but I wanted my wife to approve. John offered to drive the truck to my house the next day on his day off just to show my wife before I could say yes. Only salesman who spent more time getting to know me and my family than trying to sell.

    Best time ever!! Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife came in to purchase a Jeep Renegade, but not just any Jeep Renegade, a green Jeep Renegade, did I mention it was "GREEEEEEN" I think they told me it was called Hyper Green. They did not have this particular car with the options my wife wanted on the lot, James Mason and the staff there at the dealership found one that had everything we wanted and we had it the next day! Seriously, they took the time to find us the vehicle we wanted, rather than push us into something close. We actually got what we wanted. James wasn't going to be there the next day, so he handed us over to a very personable and professional young man name Ty. Ty Dave, and Mike had this thing knocked out lightning fast. No pressure, no last minute changes. But hold on, there is more!!! :) They sent us down to the BP station where Ty met us and filled up the car with gas! All in all, with the great staff, and the low pricing you don't have to fight for a better price which means NO STRESS!!! I am a customer for life guys, you rock!!

    I didn't purchase my vehicle from you, didn't even consider it due to a bad experience I had in the past with previous ownership. When I noticed rust on the hood of my jeep, I figured I would stop because you were close, not only did I expect the same bad experience as before but I also expected to be looked down upon since I didn't purchase the vehicle from your lot. Much to my surprise, I was greeted with a very friendly staff who never seemed to cast judgement...even on a Saturday with my kiddos in the car, you were quick to assess the issue and truthful about the process...two weeks later, I now have a brand new freshly painted hood that took exactly 30 min for the replacement just as promised!!! It's been a long time since I have had the treatment of people doing what they say they will do for me and I couldn't be happier! You will definitely be one of my first stops in future vehicle purchases!!!

    We were very pleased that we were approached by many emplayers welcoming us and that the owner was present and extended a greeting. It was also nice to know that several employees knew exactly which vehicle we were interested when we arrived. Dave took time to really explain answers to our financial questions and even reiterated when he knew we were confused.
