This is my third experience working with Joe, and I cannot give a higher review. Joe is dedicated to serving the customer, and it is amazing how… easy Joe makes the car buying experience. His knowledge is only exceeded by his commitment to customer service, and, in all, he is prompt, efficient, honest. On our recent purchase, Joe drove more than halfway to Columbus to deliver the vehicle to us -- Joe delivers an easy, positive experience to the onerous task of buying a car. The car, CT6 is a very good car and I'm happy that I bought it. In the past several years I have had three Lincolns, two… BMWs, one Acuras and this last car the CT6. I must say this is the best of the lot.Great Service

This is the 4th time I have leased a car with Cole Valley and each time I am more impressed with the deals. I was looking at a Lincoln MKZ for the first time and… was ready to make the transfer to a different car when Carl came through for me and made me a deal I could not refuse to keep me in a Cadillac, the car I always dreamed I could afford since my Dad bought his first one back in 1976.
