Bad Salesman
by smittymx599 on 03/17/2010Very bad experience. Drove 105 miles for a certain model car. When I got there the salesman says "I hope you didn't think it had leather seats" when it was standard equipment for that model. Then he made up some BS about a "leather delete"… and how he couldn't remove the leather from the Autotrader ad. Then he said he tried to call us and tell us about this but no voice mail or caller ID says he called. He lied and hoped after we drove all that way he would still get a sale. He didn't. Very bad business. Avoid.One sales rep made all the difference

He took the time to understand what I needed, rather than just going for a quick sell. I ended up with a fantastic vehicle at a fair price, and Ed made the whole… experience very pleasant. A week later, we realized that the dealership accidentally gave us a secondary key fab that didn't work, and Ed took care of everything to make it right. Ed D. is the best sales rep I have ever worked with.
