Excellent Sales Experience

Don Eyerman was our salesman and he bent over backwards to find us a vehicle in the dwindling 2015 SUV market. He eventually found the right vehicle for us two states… away! We were impressed with his dedication and work ethic and he made the whole purchase process painless. by GMCChevy on 11/13/2015I was very happy with my experience. I went in explained what I wanted and Bryan Dyser did not make excuses or waste any time selling me the car I wanted. I had a small concern with the vehicle and the Sales Manager came out and reassured… me they would stand behind the car with a 1 yr warranty for the concern. At that time I was completely comfortable with the car. I have owned the unit for over 6 months now and I can honestly say the only thing I have done is change the oil. I also had a great experience with Parts and service. I would Definitely recommend you go see Bryan at Marhofer and get the no hassle deal you deserve.Purchase of Used SUV
by klmackey on 10/28/2015I saw an ad on Cars.com matching what I was looking for in a used car. Rick Zeller greeted me at the store and showed me the vehicle. We talked over the sales deal, which I was informed that the Marhofer Chevrolet lists the purchase price… with no negotiation (which I really liked). The price was reasonable and we closed the deal. The dealer then proceeded to "prep" the car - full inspection, oil change, etc. I picked up the car a few days later and have been extremely happy with it.Review on dealership and Bryan Dyser

We bought 2 vehicles in 2012, and 2 in 2015. The staff at Ron Marhofer have… treated us very well. So when our son needed to buy his first car there was no where else to take him. Bryan was great, he treated him with respect and found him the perfect car.The best sales experience in my 65 years

by OUR_CHEVYS on 10/26/2015We've purchased all of our Chevy vehicles, including 3 Suburbans, 2 Silverados and a 2015 Camaro, in the last 15 years from this dealership. During this time our sales person has been Dee Shannon. All of the Suburbans and one Silverado have… been special ordered. The other Silverado and the Camaro were purchased through locate. Why have we always purchased our Chevys from this dealership through one sales person - Dee Shannon? It's simple. professional, honest, courteous staff who know what they are doing; competitive pricing, fair value for trade-ins; always stand by the product after delivery; and no pressure to 'do the deal'. Plus Dee Shannon always makes time for his customers despite whatever business and personal pressures he may be under. Also, we have all of our vehicles serviced at Marhofer even though they are not the closest dealer to our home. Why? For the same reasons as stated above.Excellent sales representative and dealership.

She found the vehicles I was looking for (Impala and Equinox) and also helped my daughter get her Equinox. It was a drive to the dealership but well worth it. Casie knew… her information in a straight forward no high pressure presentation.Excellent service
by roadbumps on 10/26/2015Corbin Sweat at the dealership guided me through the process of buying a used Nissan Murano. I would recommend Corbin and the dealership for their professionalism. Highlighted below re a few examples: 1. The car had a few scratches and… dents - they got them painted before the sale 2. The financing part was seamless and I was able to get the best available rates 3. After-sale concerns were handled well: the battery malfunctioned a few weeks later, and I had to replace it while out of town: Corbin and co got the expenses reimbursed. All in all, there is no guarantee how a used car will function after you have bought one. But Corbin and the dealership demonstrated excellent after sales care, and took car of stuff that they thought were reasonable concerns. Therefore, I will highly recommend this dealership, and would like to put in a plug of Corbin who is excellent. SKGreat Experience!

We were able to purchase a GMC Acadia for a great price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone… looking for a new or used car.We will always go to Marhoffer for our car purchases!

They make car buying so painless and handle all the details of the purchase - including ordering and putting on my license… plate for me! I really like their one price policy also. I used to do a lot of negotiating and felt I came out with a good deal - but felt it wasn't fair to others that didn't know how to research information and negotiate. Well, that problem is gone at Marhoffer. Everyone receives the same good price and now I don't have to waste time looking everywhere else and researching or comparing until I am exhausted. I don't have to worry about being tricked into a bad purchase or signing a bad contract. They have really earned our trust and I appreciate the peace of mind that it gives me. Andy Ringer made buying my last 2 cars so easy! I just go in and sit down and tell him what I want and then wait while he does all the rest. I especially like that when I pick up the new car he sits down in the car with me and explains every feature to me and helps me set up my radio, phone/blue tooth connection, clock - everything! I can't think of one thing more I could ask for when I purchase a car and recommend them to everyone. And the best part- I like knowing that if I send an elderly friend there - or a young inexperienced friend - that he or she is not going to be taken advantage of and they will get the best deal in the area for the car that they want. He was very knowledgeable in regards to the two vehicles I was looking and how to trade in my vehicle. I didn't feel too much pressure, and they were willing to work… with me to get a price that I could afford. He and his financial rep worked together and I am very pleased with the dealership. Unfortunately I moved farther away, but I would most likely return. (There is one other Chevy dealership closer, but they have a very poor reputation.Customer for Life!!
by bsloan on 02/13/2015When I first walked into the dealership, I knew right away it would be a different experience from other dealerships. The first gentleman I spoke with said he saw me talking on phone and didn't want to interrupt me, which was appreciated,… but quickly introduced himself as soon as I walked to the door. Instead of being bombarded by a dozen or so people right inside the door, I felt completely at ease. Rick Zeller and I spoke for a while, almost like I had bought numerous cars from them in the past. They gave me a great value on my trade-in; unlike another dealer that offered $800 for a truck in great shape and clean retail of >$5,000, and would not budge a dime more. The price I paid for my new 2013 Silverado 1500 was the best price for comparable models I found in my 100 mile search radius. I could go on and on about how great every single person I spoke with was, but if you are in the market for a great vehicle at a great price, and don't want the badgering and sometimes belittling feeling other salespeople put us through, I urge you to stop in and talk to the Marhoffer Auto Family!!
