by terri1963lynn on 05/23/2012updated 08/03/2025I was very impressed with the Harrigan family and how they worked together to make the sale satisfying - I had no intentions of buying this particular vehicle and was interested in possibly trading in my Hyundai Elantra for a great deal; I… needed to lower the interest on my auto loan - well not only did I lower my interest, my veloster gets better gas mileage, they were able to get me a blue one (my favorite color), and I never felt pressured at all. I drove 4 different cars, taking my time to make sure I made the right decision. I have never experienced such a positive working environment as I did at Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg - I have ranted and raved about it to everyone I see! Thanks! Well I ended up buying two cars this time. When my daughter needed a car, it was off To see Our Taylor Hyundai… Dealer. Then I got a new job and I needed a car that I could put on a lot of miles and I wanted a truck as well. I was able to trade my car in and get the vehicle that I needed and the truck I wanted. That makes 6 cars in 1 year. I wonder if anybody else has a record like this. Thanks Taylor Hyundai. Ray Armstrong.Ray, I think you might just take the cake for most cars purchased in a year! He was very welcoming and in return made us feel comfortable. We could be honest about our search and he was honest… and straightforward with us. He was a perfect gentleman, always smiling and very excited to help us in our search even if it took us away from Hyundai. We did not feel attacked like we would have with normal car salesman.
