  • Did not give me a fair deal

2.4 out of 5 starsby gconsumer on 02/13/2010

Waited in showroom all day. Sales Manager was pushy and lied about incentives. Would not give me the 2.9% even though I qualified. Played with the numbers and did not show me where my down payment was going.

  • Arrogant & Condescending!

Accompanied my daughter to assist in buying an Outback. A Hyundai rep (next door) recommended the Subaru salesman who attempted to ignore me at the onset of the negotiations. Things went downhill from there ... needless to say, we walked out as fast as we could after 15 minutes of badgering. Good Luck if that salesman is assigned to you!

  • Don't

Purchased an Impreza there. High pressure, hide the keys, play the number game. Wasn't sure about the car I was looking at originally. When I asked about a used model they played merry-go-round to keep from giving me a price. After I bought it and came back with questions/problems their email stated "I guess the Koolaid wore off." Not exactly the best customer service. I agree with the other review about the arrogance. The people come into your showroom for a reason, don't treat them like second class citizens. Do yourself a favor and deal with anyone other than Ganley. P.S. The service department is fantastic.

  • They want your business

I have bought my Surabu in this dealer one months ago. 1.) My sales, the sales manager, service department manager are all friendly 2.) My sales is very knowlegable about the cars's performace and warranty, etc of the models that I want. 3.) The sales manager and sale are very willing to deal with me in buying the new car and trading my used car. 4.) The bottom line is you'd better schedule an appointment instead of just walk in because sometimes they are busy and need to to service the customers who has made the appointment first. I experienced that the first time, I walked in and they missed me, but I gave them a second chance and scheduled an apppintment to see and test drive my car. Everything went fine and I bought my car.
