  • Misrepresention of vehicle purchased

    Purchased a vehicle after dealership confirmed there were no major issues with the vehicle (minor scratches on body / slight damage to bumper). Received the car with 2 major issues that the dealership specifically said there were no issues with. Contacted Jeremy which discussed sending a missing part, addressing major items identified upon receipt. After following his directions to check with a shop and get diagnostics and more info, he went silent. Has not returned any emails or phone calls with messages left. Never provided any additional documentation promised. It's been over a month and I was patient and tried working with him in addressing this misrepresentation of the vehicle sold. Unfortunately, I have to take other actions now since Jeremy is unwilling to work with me. Do not purchase from this dealership unless you can verify everything, in-person. Their "nationwide shipping" is a way to dump their problem vehicles on victims in other states. Requested dealership refund money and they can ship vehicle back to their lot.
