Couldn't Even Get A Call Back

I found the vehicle I wanted @ Crossroads Car and Truck and drove from Columbus to… Cincinnati to buy it. My husband called ahead and spoke to Nolan so when we got to the dealership it was ready to test drive. We got back from the test drive, traded in my old vehicle, and walked away with a new to us car. From the moment we spoke to Nolan on the phone, to negotiating the deal with the GM Mike, to signing the paperwork it was completely stress free! No high pressure sales, no surprises on the paperwork - just great customer service! I HIGHLY recommend Crossroads Car and Truck for a great deal on your next car or truck! Mike was very helpful, not pushy, he let us test drive for an hour and we can tell he is very patient with us.
