Excellent experience, no high pressure back and fourth between sale manager, offered a great up- front price for tread in. I was looking for a used vehicle and ended up with brand new vehicle.

    Joe was outstanding throughout the process of purchasing my new Tahoe. He is incredibly knowledgeable and did not apply any pressure. Instead he provided options which made the decision very easy!

    I went in for a schedule oil change appointment. There were 6 employees working in the service area, and I stood there for at least 5 minutes without a single one of them even acknowledging I was there. It’s not a big room where they wouldn’t have noticed a customer standing a few feet away from them. It’s ok to be busy, but it only takes a second to acknowledge a customer and say “Hello, we will be right with you”. When my oil change was complete, they then tried to charge me $90 for a service that was covered under a prepaid maintenance plan. Not only was no one there friendly, they also did not appear to know what was going on. Very disappointed.

    Chase McvBrayer, our sales person was fantastic. We told him what were interested in, what we felt comfortable paying per month on the lease, and his suggestions led to us getting the Equinox which we are really pleased with. Knowledgeable! He also, all the way through the process, stayed with us so we knew what was happening and why. Most appreciated! The approval process was great and everything was clearly explained and it was done in a timely manner. The bonus was the young woman who solved a technology problem for a discount. Follow up the next day for the remaining items was easy and didn't take long at all. Well trained group of people who understand customer service! Rare to find these days, they are a gem!

    I brought my truck in for service, twice in 2 weeks With a few issues that were covered by my warranty However THEY DID NOT take care of anything that I Needed done & tried to charge me for a diagnosis.

    Everything was good but the price to have work done is expensive. If I didn't have GM points for repairs, it would have been a problem. Almost $700 for new exhaust and an oil change is extremely expensive!

    Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by 2 people, one was my order writer. Everything went very well and I liked the fact they were calling people to let them know their vehicle was ready instead of trying to find them around the dealership. Keeps the order writer somewhat at their desk and in view of any customer coming in for service, questions, or general comments.

    My experience at Classic Chevrolet was excellent! Mr. Edmunds was very professional in meeting the needs toward me and making sure my needs were met. The service and the period of time it took for my van to be repaired was also excellent.

    Could not of asked for a more pleasant experience. Third time leasing a vehicle from Classic Chevy and the process seems to get easier every new lease. Jim Valentino and Corey Woolard took the time to make me feel very comfortable, not rushed, not pushy. Answered all my questions concerning the vehicles I was interested in leasing. This kind of customer service exemplifies what is missing from most businesses I deal with on a daily basis. I will remain a lifetime customer of Classic Chevrolet and will recommend Classic to anyone I encounter who is looking to lease or buy a vehicle. By the way we love the Equinox we just leased. It was a hard choice because we had zero complaints about the 2016 Malibu we turned in. It was a hard choice to pick the 2019 Malibu or the 2019 Equinox. Thank you Jim and Corey.

    I want to thank Jeff Gill for scheduling my regular maintenance and inspection in a timely manner that fit MY schedule. He conveyed my request for a coolant top-off and consulted me in a non-pushy, professional manner regarding an inspection deficiency. The service was completed in a timely and thorough manner.   • Cant change oil correctly

    Took my 2013 equinox in for an oil change. When they installed the filter they did not install the rubber gasket and when I checked the engine oil level, it was 1 QT low. The engine calls for 5 quarts but they only put in 4.

    Got in touch and asked for a quote on a new truck. They E-mailed me a quote. I drove down to purchase the truck and they would not honor the online quote even though I had a copy of the E-mail in hand. They tried to use high pressure sales to push me into another vehicle that was around the same price but did not have all the same options. When I got up to leave the General manager followed me out the door and yelled at me. Very rude and dishonest dealership.
