    They already had the wheels off to do the brakes and still charged me 30.00 to rotate the tires. Over charged on parts (shouldn't need new rotors at 60,000 miles), over charged on labor, and never gave me a quote before starting.

    Even though there was a lineup, I was greeted outside while in my car to inform me of what was going on and why the delay. I thought that very nice to do. The procedures were explained to me completely once inside. The waiting room is spacious -- maybe a tad bland in decor but clean. Restrooms are nice and clean and it's easy to go to the front and see the cars on display. When finished they come out and get you and provide you with a video of the underside of your vehicle with the tech explaining what he sees. Listen well because it's super fast and hurried...that could be done better but it's pretty cool to see the underside of my vehicle and learn what they look for.

    Took my vehicle in for a recall and they were unable to complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their policy to install car seats due to liability, and that they had to get to the battery. I don’t think returning a vehicle to someone looking like it was ransacked is good customer service.

    I had my car towed to the dealership at around 11:15 AM. Mr. Stokes had the mechanic who is most familiar with my car check it out. He cleaned the mass air flow sensor and that fixed the problem. It was completed by 3:30 PM when Mr. Stokes called me. I am quite pleased with my service.

    The service that I have received at Yark Toyota in Maumee has always been superb. This last visit I made an unscheduled stop as there was scraping noises coming from the back of my van. The service technicians immediately took care of me, which is always the case. I had no other way to get home so they provided a shuttle for me. I was told that I needed a rear differential, after asking several questions it was decided that it needed to be replaced. (This was Saturday) On Monday morning I received a call from Carmen asking me if they could try to flush and clean the differential before replacing. This idea was suggested by one of the service technicians. They called me the next day and told me that the flushing and cleaning worked. This saved me $1300. I had no way to get back to Toyota and they again provided a service shuttle, that was truly appreciated. Thank you to the Toyota service department for not only helping me save money but providing transportation.
