Apathetic salesman
by RGR on 07/14/2019updated 07/22/2019Went to purchase a truck. Salesman spent more time telling us what he could not do than trying to negotiate a deal with us. This dealer has every stereotype from the old Kurt Russel movie Used Cars. You feel dirty talking to them. They do… the let me go talk to my manager game but will not budge. We were 500 dollars apart on 35K and they were apathetic towards working out a deal. Bottom line run like hell to another dealership.Highly Recommended!

by Columbus on 10/16/2017This all started at Quarter Horse Congress. I went there looking for a new truck found that Coughlin was the only dealership there. Did not find what I was looking for sales rep gladly helped me locate the vehicle I wanted. Went back a few… days later with my down payment and began to sign the paperwork. Halfway through the paperwork he received a phone call that the truck was sold and they did not get it after that I spent three and a half hours for them to locate another vehicle they stated the vehicle was being picked up and the gooseneck hitch was going to be installed the next day. I signed all the paperwork left my deposit only to receive a phone call 2 Days Later that that vehicle also was sold after they told me they had it in their possession and they did not. After numerous phone calls to the salesman I got nowhere on locating another vehicle this continued for 4 days. After they told me they had a third vehicle located they were just verifying it and I should have my vehicle that Friday again did not receive a phone call. Saturday evening I finally was able to contact the salesman he was going to call me back Monday morning Monday at 6 still no phone call so I called the sales manager at the London store again he did not seem to really care about what went on nor does he return phone calls either. I have now located a vehicle on my own nor will I or my family ever return to CoughlinHorrible Customer Service

The dealership refused to help or take responsibility in any way. I would not… recommend this horrible place to anyone.Jamy R. was awesome
