I had an enjoyable no pressure experience buying my 2025 Chevy Equinox EV at Byers Chevrolet! Mike Brown was very informative and personable and answered all my questions about becoming a Chevy EV owner as he owns one himself. Ben Meister… in finance made sure I got all the deductions I qualified for plus GMs 0% financing. I'm very pleased!

by Jason B on 01/25/2021All around great dealership and sales staff. I worked with Ben & Tim on finding our new Tahoe. We had worked with several other dealers but they weren't transparent on price or vehicle options. Tim and Ben didn't have the exact color and… model we wanted in stock however they worked their tails off to find what we wanted and get it delivered to their dealership. They did this and they were fair about discounting and ensuring we took advantage of all rebates. Highly recommended and I won't be going anywhere else but Byers for my next vehicle!Great car-buying experience!

The sales associate was extremely helpful, explaining features of the car (that I actually remembered!). The finance associate was also… very friendly and again, efficient and helpful. The general manager is a very affable man who knows his business, his inventory and the area. It was a pleasure to work with all of them. It was a great experience!Thank you for the glowing review! Buying my 2019 Chevy pickup

She is very knowledgeable about pickups. Byers was very fair about… trade-in values and other discounts. What tough and crash worthy little cars these are. Byers Chevrolet had… the car I wanted in stock (other local dealers did not) and gave me the price I was looking for. I received expert sales consultation from Billy Wilburn and everybody at this dealership bent over backwards to help deliver my new car. Great service from the time I walked in the door until I left. Wait time was… very reasonable and everyone I came in contact with was very professional. I left my dealer Jeff Wyler because I can never get in for oil changes it was always an inconvenience. I would have to schedule off work just to get my oil changed. So I was on the hunt for a new dealer to handle all of my oil changes and maintenance and I believe I have found what I was looking for.. Thanks to your great team in Grove City. I wish I knew the Gentleman name that was my service representative but I know his name is on my order/receipt, so if he could get the recognition he deserves because he gain your company another loyal customerService
