We had a great experience with Chesrown. Our salesman Kevin McCane was amazing. He was thorough in showing us the Traverse we wanted and was very patient when my wife changed her mind on the color at the last minute. We are very happy with the Traverse. We had hoped to get a better deal, but feel it was acceptable given the limited inventory to choose from. We appreciate all the help Kevin gave us and spending extra time after the dealership closed to go over the vehicle with us. Kevin did an amazing job and deserves a huge raise for representing Chesrown in such a professional manner.

    I was told anytime I bring my car in for an oil change I'd get a courtesy car, this time, I was told since I was just coming in for an oil change it wouldn't be an option for me. When I questioned that, the appointment setter checked with her manager and it was ok'd for me. (I was scheduling an oil change AND a leak, the car was in the shop over night.) When I asked if they had recently changed their policy, she said, maybe, I'm new...

    Jeff Hoppes did it right he told us the truth .he didn't try to force anything we wasn't interested in. he listened to what we were interested in and presented the best candidate for each make. Jeff was aware that I was looking at other dealerships. He never bad mouth them or other manufactures one time. He just showed confidence and did his job trying to get me the best deal possible. This was not the case in other places im sad to say. Many places talked bad about you guys. So you must be doing something right. Thanks for the free oil changes. Which every one else tried to convince me I was paying for. Funny considering I got the best deal possible. Once again thanks Jeff I feel you did chesrown proud.

    I have bought 9 vehicles from your dealership. Tom Stephens was the first salesman I dealt with during my first purchase from Chesrown in 2007. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I like the way Tom treats me and will not deal with any other salesman. Chesrown is a fine dealership and Jim Gill and his son Ryan are good people.

    I had an oil change, tire rotation and recall taken care of. Every one was great. Even the lift home. It did take a longer than the expected 75 minutes to get the car done. Since I was not sitting at the dealership waiting, it was not a huge inconvenience.

    I was very impressed with the your service representative Rich Daubney's professionalism and knowledge. During my visit for routine maintenance for my wife's 2013 GMC Terrain Denali, I mentioned a one time occurrence when I could not remove the ignition key. I related that I had to disconnect the battery to keep it from going dead. Once the battery was disconnected, the problem was resolved. Rich indicated that once the battery is disconnected the memory is wiped clean and the cause could have been a "computer glitch". He also advised to keep the key's groove clean(which he cleaned) so pocket lint does not build up and keep the key from fully engaging. However, I still plan to carry a 10mm wrench in the car just in case. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my pleasure in working with your sales staff during this visit. Although I was not able to visit with our original sales rep Mike "Otis" Dunaway(My wife loves Mike), Tony (sales rep) help me with the test drive. He documented the test ride with a cell phone picture per my request to prove to my wife I tested the Encore she wishes to purchase. I joked with your sales manager about the red Corvette on the showroom floor that took my breath away. I told him the only way I could get the Corvette and save my marriage was to pretend I won Publisher Clearinghouse and pay cash. He said he would be more than willing to show up with the Corvette and balloons if that's what it took to get the car in my garage. Lastly, I was most impressed with the feeling of family that was present when I witnessed the preparation of the showroom for a Thanksgiving dinner for the dealership staff - what a great gesture by the owner! In a conversation with Mr. Jim Gill, I related my great satisfaction with his dealership.

    This dealer has treated my family and I so well that on December 9th of 2014, we closed a deal on our 20th vehicle from them! They have never used any pressure tactics with us. In fact, we've been told, as we were buying the very first car from them, that they are more interested in the future vehicles purchases, and strive to build a relationship. Obviously, they've done really well in that area. The other part that I like is the commitment to meeting your needs and wants. Our for vehicle was a GMC Safari van, and it was a great fit due to having young children. Well, a few years back, our kids had moved out and we needed something different, they showed us a beautiful crimson red Buick Lucerne and it hit the nail on the head perfectly. I have never had a bad experience there, and they have always, without fail, addressed any concerns or questions. I will continue to buy from Chesrown exclusively; in fact, we have moved to Florida recently to help my wife's parents, and this purchase in December meant that we flew to Columbus to take delivery! You can't go wronf at Chesrown.

    It was great. They were done in under an hour and even with my two young kids the experience was pleasant. The kids area kept them busy for a while as well as the popcorn and juice. Thanks!

    The service department called and emailed me the items that needed attention and chance to choose from there which items I wanted done along with the price for each item. Being a single consumer, I appreciated that.

    We live 2 hours away from this dealership, but the sales team worked with us to give us fair prices on our trade-ins before we made the trip there. The dealership is immaculate and there is a nice waiting area with complimentary snacks and beverages, which is nice when you have children with you. Our salesman went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

    The salesman, Jeff Hoppes, listened to what options were the "icing on the cake" and was able to search the database and find the exact car we wanted in Michigan. That, and the lifetime oil changes, made the sale happen.
