We had a great experience with Chesrown. Our salesman Kevin McCane was amazing. He was thorough in showing us the Traverse we wanted and was very patient when my wife changed her mind on the color at the last minute. We are very happy with the Traverse. We had hoped to get a better deal, but feel it was acceptable given the limited inventory to choose from. We appreciate all the help Kevin gave us and spending extra time after the dealership closed to go over the vehicle with us. Kevin did an amazing job and deserves a huge raise for representing Chesrown in such a professional manner.

    It was a scheduled oil change that took over an hour from drop off. Since it was scheduled, I would expect to be out of there within 30-45 minutes.

    I truly loved every thing about my experience with Jason and buying my car at Chesrown. Jason was beyond helpful and very friendly. He helped me find a car within my budget and was patient with me while waiting for me to pick the car I wanted, and understood what we were looking for in a car and for our future financial goals.

    I felt very comfortable with everyone I met, and I really felt that Mario and Mara Lee went out of their way to make my experience a positive one. They made sure that I was able to drive home in the vehicle I had my heart set on at a price that I could afford and the security and peace of mind to be able to really enjoy it.

    The guys there are awesome, got my car right in and fixed the same day. This is my second repair visit to my dealership and I have been very pleased. I love the new building and the curtesy snacks and coffee. Great idea! In my years of buying cars I haven't had the experience of wanting to return after my purchase. Chesrown , you are the first to have earned my return business. My daughter starts driving next year and I will be looking to get her an affordable used vehicle. Chesrown will be my first ( hopefully only) stop when the time comes. Thanks for taking such great care of my " beastie" aka my Traverse!

    Rob Dublin was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very professional while giving us plenty of time to decide on the right vehicle for us. Jim Gill spent time also with us and gave us a wonderful tour of the dealership and introduced us to his service team.

    MY WIFE AND I WERE MADE TO FEEL RIGHT AT HOME AND NOBODY WAS RUSHING US TO MAKE A DECISION, OR TO GET US OUT OF THE WAY!! (This was very important to us) . Such a warm welcoming!!! I took my time and was shown 4 or more cars by Sales Consultant David David Grinstead who was VERY knowlegable and patient with me showing me 4 or 5 cars. I told him I would be back or in contact by the next day. The next day I brought my car, 2015 Chevy Impala from David. I was so pleased with the ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!! David did a FIVE STAR job! And I got a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP, FIVE STAR SALES CONSULTANT, AND FINALLY, A FIVE STAR SERVICE DEPARTMENT to get my car taken care of when necessary. THANKS CHESROWN!!     This was my first time taking my new Enclave to the service dept. I had a 9:30 appointment with Dave. He was momentarily busy when I first arrived, so Rich offered to get me started, which was very nice. Dave came after just a minute. That was a nice touch. Dave was so nice and answered all my questions, even though some pertained to how best to wash my car given the Exterior Protection I had applied. He even noted a couple nearby car washes for me. So helpful and appreciated. Dave had good follow-up when I was in the waiting area. He came to get me when my service was complete. Heather at Cashier was very nice. Of course, I had a chance to say hello to my Sales Rep, Mario. Had a question for him and of course he's always so helpful. I am impressed with Chesrown, and won't hesitate to refer friends and family there.

    I personally dread the process of buying a new or used car. This was not the case at Chesrown Chevrolet Buick GMC (Delaware, OH). The staff was very attentive and courteous. The salesman I worked with (Joe Maslar) made the experience a great one. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

Chesrown has become our one-stop shop for vehicle purchasing and service. The entire team was very pleasant and professional, and Rob Dublin was very helpful.     The only problem I had is when I left my vehicle was blocked by a truck which was also worked on. Even though you guys moved to a new location you still have parking space problems. :(

    I had an appointment for 1:15. Sat and waited until 2:30 to get my car back! Should an oil change really take that long especially when one has an appointment? Still, while waiting, a few staff members asked me if I needed anything and made feel quite welcomed. I'll chalk it up to just a busy day.

    This experience was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Rob's knowledge of several models we were interested in and their options was great! Also his knowledge of financing options saved a sale. While you could tell he would like a sale he never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Definitely will tell others!

    Brought car in for normal oil change/tire rotation. Said 60 minutes to complete and in a bit less than 60 minutes car was ready. Couldn't wash it due to the extremely cold temperatures but I was totally satisified with the visit/service.

    I was very impressed with the friendly, laid back atmosphere of the dealership. I have been to other dealers who have their sales reps in suits and ties and seem to give the impression that they are there for themselves. This was not the case at Chesrown. I enjoy the approach the dealership takes and the friendly persona of the staff. Each person I dealt with while closing the deal was there for me and wanted to make sure I was satisfied.
