I loved my Rogue and especially the deep purple color, which I will miss. I have spent about a year thinking about trading in my older… Rogue for a new one. A week ago I took my Rogue in for its regular check and was able to visit with one of the sales persons. He was able to help me find just the right new Rogue. I wanted the Midnight Pine Metalic which is very hard to find. However, he found one and within 1 week of our visit I was able to purchase my newer Rogue. My sales person did everything he could to find the right Rogue that was my chosen color. Also I was able to discuss my budget and what I could afford per month, an OK trade in value and a tech specialist to help me with all of the new technology that my older model did not have. Thanks Germain. I know I will enjoy my newer Rogue as much as I did my older one.2019 Rogue

He's a great man, great personality, explains things well, very… informative. The finance manager was equally as great. Nissans are some of the finest cars on the road. Due to a family situation, I only had a limited time to consider a trade/purchase and everyone involved picked up on that and… were very expeditious. Steve Mendoza took me through the features of the new Murano I was interested in, including a test drive. We made a fair deal and then the financial consultant Ralph Johnson was excellent in getting me through all the paperwork in record time. Overall very pleased with the experience.Amazing service!!

Chamo (Jesus) Diaz was great to work with. he was extremely professional, honest and went the extra mile (literally) to get us exactly what we wanted.… I would recommend all of my family and friends to work with Chamo when they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. the rest of the staff, including Ralph, was polite and so easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than the one I had with Germain Nissan. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would.Good people

Carlos Whye kept me informed, he was very open and informative about the cars. When I dropped in unexpectedly and was informed Carlos was… off, I walked to the Nissan lot and Eric Valentine took his time to answer my questions and was helpful and when I returned Eric picked the perfect car under budget and when I asked if they both would get the credit for the sale, Eric gave the sale to Carlos since I was his customer originally. I appreciated their professionalism, their willingness to work together and the epitome of team work. You should be very proud of your staff.My first new Nissan SUV. I Love it.

Michael Ryba immediately returned my email and scheduled a test drive. I drove over an hour to Columbus, Michael was… waiting on me and had everything ready to go. I test drove the CRV and loved it. Germain Nissan also gave me a great price for my trade in, which put the CRV right at my target price. I didn't have to haggle or negotiate to get my price. Everyone I dealt with from Michael to all the guys that set in the CRV to see if my 13 year old 6'!' son would fit were fun and great to deal with! I'd always been a little afraid to deal with a big city dealership,but this was a great experience. It easily exceeded my expectations!
