poor body shop
by Richard on 03/23/2025very, very disappointing. very poor communication, took a long time, didn't replace parts as stated, replaced factory aluminum arm with a steel one. I also requested additional work several times didn't follow up about it.Service - 13 GMC YUKON XL DENALI
by Bill DeWitt on 01/14/2025The truck traveling at 45+ miles an hour had a "humming noise" coming from the front end. That's all Bill Spaulding and his service team had to go on. They diagnosed the problem, and the front two hubs needed to be replaced. It only took… a day for the parts to come in and within a week the repair was complete, and I was rolling down the highway noise free. Bill always goes out of way to get the job done and provide Positively Outrageous Service! My thanks to Bill and his Team!Usually good
by pastorjd58 on 02/29/2024The service dept. had my car for over an hour and had not started work on it. So I had to cancel some of the work that was to be completed. I had them change the oil and rotate the tires but not service the brake system as was scheduled.… Lindsay's is generally very good but the service this time was very disappointing.Great service
