Of all of the Subaru dealers in Ohio, Germaine has the best and most consistent and most knowledgeable staff and identifies with the buyer and his or her needs. They go over and above being helpful, no matter what the issue.

Simple straight forward buying process
by Zack S on 12/06/2024The dealership respected my time and were knowledgeable about the products they had for sale and went above and beyond to get me the specific model and spec that I wanted, they didn't try to push on me an existing model/spec they had on… their lot they sourced the vehicle I wanted and brought it to me. Easy straight forward buying process that was fluid and efficient. 10/10 recommended.Great dealership and flexible with time.

Phil especially did an amazing job of going over the features of the vehicle with me to make sure I… knew what all my crosstrek could do. It was my first ever experience buying a car from a dealership but it was all around a great experience compared to the stories I have heard from other dealerships. I would recommend this sales team and dealership to anyone that asks me "where should I buy a car?" My answer will be here.Pleasant car buying experience

He was pleasant and helpful in explaining the safety features and additional features on the… car. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and accommodating. We felt that we got a reasonable offer on our 10 yr old trade in and a good deal on the vehicle we were pursuing. Financing was relatively painless. Our overall experience was good.2025 Forester

Especially Phil Snyder… this is the 4th Subaru I have bought off of Phil at Germain and I won’t work with… anyone else. He truly is the best (sorry to the other sales people 😊). His knowledge of each of the models is unreal and not to mention he is like a family member to us.New Car

I knew what I wanted, and Bradley was just awesome in helping me every step of the way. He took the time to explain… everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated to wrap things up, but it was worth the wait. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new car!I knew what I wanted!

All my maintenance has been done by this… dealership. I had options yet I chose Germain Subaru. Great people, great experience.Saved by Germain!

He came and picked me up, took me back to Germain Subaru and got me a car with my budget. I was so upset about having to get… another car but Michael made it easy and he was so nice and knew what a frustrating day I had and was so patient with me. I also met Matt and he was nice too. Michael's patience and understanding and the fact he came to get me is above and beyond great customer service!The sales representative Masik, who helped us was outstanding.

We drove to Germain Subaru from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, after comparing prices to Louisiana dealerships. The extra savings we got more than paid for the trip, and we got… to visit family in Dayton. The only negative was the amount of time it took for the financing end. It is their job to offer lots of extra things like maintenance and warranty plans for various things and it took too much time to go over it all.Fantastic Forester

After driving them, we talked more and he was very knowledgeable about… all 3 cars and everything i could do along with the financing options. After a little more discussion, I was happy with my decision to move forward on the 2025 Forester Premium in Autumn Green Metallic. He was going to have to search for it and a few days later, it was found and I went to see it on 10/24. I liked it very much and we closed the deal. Jamal was a great help along the way and appreciate everything he has done. He also followed up with next day to see if i had any questions...this is a true sign of quality customer service and not just about a car sale. Thank you all at Germain Subaru for finding my SUV along with the great customer service I reeived.Great service

I was seeking a used vehicle and started by going online then calling to talk with a sales agent. The phone conversation was very helpful in… speeding up my search. We talked about what I was looking for and the price range. The representative followed up the conversation with text messages as I requested and a follow up the next day of what time to come in for test drive. The car was everything I expected! During my test drive the manager appraised my car. I then advised sales agent I am still interested in purchasing the vehicle. The approval process went very quickly. The longest time was waiting to talk to finance office since there was several people buying cars and only one person for this phase. I am enjoying my car very much and the sales representative followed up the next day to see if I had any more questions. I’m very pleased with the product and process overall and grateful for the no stress process. Thank you!Leo was great!
