    Hello, I recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Rouge from the Germain Dealership. From my initial inquiry from Lauren until my final purchase I was meet with exceptional service throughout the buying process. I would highly recommended this dearship and my sales consultant Jamie Guthmann. She did everything she said and even beyond.

    Overall I had a very good experience. My dealings with Steve Mendoza the sales person was exceptional. I received what I wanted for my trade in and my offer for the new car was accepted. I am quite happy with my purchase.

    When we decided that we were going to get a Murano we contacted a few dealership and by far Germain Nissan was the best not only in PRICE but how quick Lauren was in responding to our questions. The whole process was in and out quickly with no games of back and forth. Very professional.

    Initially, I was researching the Mazda 6 on the Mazda USA website. I submitted a request for pricing and Chelsea at Germain Mazda contacted me almost immediately. She was very nice, well spoken, and got the necessary information from me to find out exactly what I was looking for. I let her know that I would be looking to make a purchase in the next week. She was good enough to follow up with me and presented absolutely no pressure, only great customer service. On Saturday I reached out via telephone and she was able to set me up with an appointment to see Terry Johnson based on my availability. Upon my arrival, Chelsea greeted me and was just as delightful in person as over the phone. After offering me a beverage, she was good enough to walk me to Terry's desk and make our introduction. If I could only give Terry one compliment it would be that he is probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I've ever spoken to. While he continued to extend the same friendliness and courtesy that I received from Chelsea, he asked me about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what other vehicles I had shopped, and what was important to me. We discussed the different trim levels available and he helped me understand the differences so that I could come to the conclusion that the Mazda 6 Touring would be the vehicle I wanted to see. He then immediately offered a test drive of one of the vehicles that fit my criteria and my budget. Before we ever left the lot I received the most in-depth and detailed explanation of a vehicle I've ever received. It was fantastic! By the time we had the mirrors adjusted and our seat belts fastened I felt like I was already extremely familiar with the vehicle. He proceeded to guide me through a route that let me understand the dynamics of the vehicle and even experience a few of its safety features. The route is well planned and demonstrates how the vehicle feels from winding two-lane road to the highway and even turning radius and backup camera use in a parking lot. It was extremely thorough! Upon a return he was good enough to purchase me a beverage and we sat down to discuss numbers during which time he was able to arrange a very competitive offer. Knowing I had also wanted to shop the Nissan Altima, he was good enough to walk me across the parking lot and make a personal introduction to Jamie Guthmann. Once again, the immediate courtesy and friendliness from someone who seems to truly enjoy meeting me is a welcomed experience. She offered a beverage and snacks as we discussed the Altima, the packages available, and my budget. During our conversation she mentioned to me the option of moving to a Maxima. I stated how much I had always liked the Maxima but wanted to stay within a certain budget. At this time I could see a little excitement as she stated she wanted to speak to financing and would be right back. During her brief absence I was able to sit and admire the beautiful red Maxima behind us in the showroom. I thought to myself that maybe it would be my next purchase a few years down the road. When Jamie returned she let me know that the very vehicle I was looking at was the last of the 19's and they were very motivated to help find it a new home. We very briefly talked about pricing to verify that it was an option for me and then she encouraged my taking a similar one for a drive. I knew right away that the Maxima was going to be my number one choice. When we returned im sure she could tell by the smile on my face that she had helped me find the car I wanted. Having never done a lease or even purchased a new vehicle she helped me understand how everything worked, answered questions, and even did a bit of running when I asked about multiple security deposits and money factor. She was able to help me secure a lease that was impossible to walk away from. Through this process we discussed our families and our careers. We discussed vehicles we have owned and would like to own. I feel like I have made a friend! While the financials were finalized I had the opportunity to speak with Allstate agent David Brumfield. We had a great conversation about my current coverages not only automotive but also home, investment, and life. He was able to provide me with a quote increasing my coverages and saving me a significant amount of money. Finally I sat down with Ralph Johnson to set everything in stone. Once again a kind and very personable experience. We talked about our young children as he walked me through the signing process. Within minutes we were done and my vehicle had been pulled from the showroom and prepped. Jamie was waiting to walk me out and even install the temp tag with her pink drill! When I came to Germain at 1 in the afternoon I had no intention of spending the day but I enjoyed every minute of it. Everyone involved was not only helpful but very welcoming and kind. I will recommend not only the individuals I spoke to but also Germain dealerships to friends and family, and I will be a return customer. Thank you to all involved!

    Buying from Germain was awesome! Easy buying experience, C. Knight made everything easy and low stress. He notice a potential problem on my vehicle and had it fixed before I had vehicle picked up, which saved me time that I would have been inconvenienced later. Great car, great service, great dealer!

    I had a great experience working with Carlos. He was always willing to go the extra mile to find the car I wanted, which he did end up finding. He was very pleasant, kind, courteous, and fun to be around! Though I did not buy a Mazda where Carlos worked, he worked with me to find the Nissan Altima I wanted. The folks that work at the Mazda dealership were beyond pleasant and kind. Every time we were in the waiting room area, there was always some sort of food and plenty of beverages- nice touch! None of the sales people at Mazda or Nissan were "pushy". They simply treated you like a human being to help you find the perfect car. It was a nice experience. I even had a big, red bow on my new car when they pulled it up. Thank you, Carlos, for all your help!!!

    Ralph the manager made me feel very at ease. I was a little nauseas cause I haven’t bought a new car for 13 years and knew cars were expensive now. He worked with me to find exactly what I needed at a great price. Devone was great at taking me off site so I could decide on the color of car I wanted. He was also good at explaining all the gadgets and how they worked

    My sales experience started in service when I mentioned to Tracy that I would likely be getting a new car in the spring. After talking about my interests she asked if I wanted to speak to sales that day, since it was such a good time to look. She took me inside and introduced me to Mike. Mike was great as he worked with me test driving two different cars, and agonizing over my options. He then worked with Ralph to get my payments to something that worked for me. Then Deezy (who I have worked with in the past) handled my financing perfectly. I even got food and a chance to watch some of The Game! O-H!! Great experience! This is my 4th lease, and it really was that first experience with Deezy that made me come back, but each time I do I leave happy! Thanks

    Before coming this dealership I had gone to 2 other ones and had gotten disappointed in both of them. I came to this dealership and was greeted right away by Eric who had the liveliest personality I’ve ever come across. My cousin and I were starting to give up on Nissan but Eric just flipped the script. He worked hard to work with me and provided the most excellent customer service I’ve ever received. I’m really satisfied with my purchase and with the service I received. The place is beautiful and feels like home with snacks and drinks set out for you. All the employees are nice and welcoming, I highly recommended this dealership.

    I walked in with a general idea of what I wanted. The salesman, Mr Valentine, immediately greeted me, asked how he could help and began working to find my next auto purchase. He spent hours digging through car listings to find just the right combination of price, mileage, and amenities. We drove multiple care yet he was unfailingly supportive, energetic, and helpful. He went more than the extra mile to help me find the car I really wanted.
