by Ashley on 07/30/2025My salesperson, Jordan, was up front and honest with me from the very beginning. They didn't push or rush me to make a decision. Instead, they were patient and helpful. Mike came through with a great deal for me and made it fun! They got me… into the exact car I wanted for the best price! The other Mazda dealerships in town were not willing to work with me like Germain was.Another Great Mazda Purchase!

He provided me the necessary and requested information to make my final decision. He was good at… communicating what the next steps would be and when my car was available for pick up. Staff members Domenyk and Mike were both efficient, knowledgeable, and most helpful with our needs. It seemed to offer a lot of features other makers didn’t at that price level. We looked for months and Germain… Mazda had a blue one with the exact accessories we wanted. We showed up on Saturday afternoon and drove it home in a few hours. The sales process was smooth and not pressured.
