by Go Bucks on 05/29/2025My experience with Germain Mazda was extremely positive. Everyone who helped me with my purchase was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My sales representative in particular was very patient and answered all my questions. Purchasing… a new car can be stressful, but not so much when you can work with people who appreciate you as a customer and as a person. I believe my experience would have been just as positive, even if I had not purchased a car.So far so good!

This dealership has the nicest employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with while purchasing a vehicle. After visiting the dealership twice in one day,… I ultimately decided to purchase the Mazda CX-50 hybrid from Marcus Miller. Marcus was professional, humorous, attentive, and overall a delight to work with. Originally, my plan was to visit two other dealerships after my initial stop at Mazda. However, I was so impressed by the vehicle and Marcus's exceptional service, not to mention the warm reception from Yvonne, that I decided to cancel my other appointments and return to Germain Mazda after my work meeting. Marcus's enthusiasm and knowledge truly sold me on the vehicle. After securing a very fair deal on this amazing vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Dallah, the finance manager. Dallah was excellent at explaining additional packages without any pressure, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. He, too, was personable and down to earth, which added to the positive experience. The entire team at Germain Mazda was just amazing, and I was particularly impressed by the immaculate facility and the genuine smiles from everyone. It was refreshing to be surrounded by such positive vibes in a workplace. Kudos to Germain Mazda! You have certainly gained a new lifetime customer. I initially contacted Sales manager David who connected me with my salesman, Domenyk right away.… Domenyk was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Over the course of three days, Domenyk and David were calm, patient, and incredibly supportive as I weighed my options between leasing and buying. They never made me feel rushed or pressured, and Domenyk took his time to understand what was most important to me. He laid out every option clearly, making sure I felt confident in my decision. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, everything was perfect—my car was spotless, freshly waxed, had a bow on it, and was completely ready to go. Domenyk walked me through EVERY feature and setting, made sure I had everything set up (including Apple Car play and the Mazda app), and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt set up for success. I left feeling excited, supported, and 100% satisfied. I also feel confident knowing I can reach out to him any time if I have questions down the road. Marvelous Mazda Experience!
by Laura B on 05/08/2025I went out last weekend to simply browse for cars, to get an idea of what I liked and what I. Could afford. Carlos, at Germain Mazda, approached me and my daughter. Normally, I get all kinds of anxiety when a salesperson approaches me, but… Carlos was the friendliest guy from the get go! He took the time to listen to what I wanted, what I didn’t want, what my concerns were, and was honest, attentive and funny! We ended up looking at a couple of cars on the computer at his desk so that he wouldn’t waste our time showing us cars on the lot. I happen to see one that was perfect! He brought it around and I loved it! this was the first time I bought a vehicle without test driving it because I had my infant grandson with me. I trusted Carlos enough to take a chance on the car because it just felt right! The finance department was quick and made the process painless. I couldn’t take the car with me that day, as I didn’t have my vehicle there to trade in. When I came back the next morning, the vehicle I had purchased was inside the dealership with a big red bow on it! I was so excited!
