Great Experience
by Amy on 02/09/2025Stephen responded immediately to my initial inquiry about a newly-advertised 4-Runner. No drivers available to pick up from pre-sale Service, so Stephen personally picked up the vehicle, himself, sent additional pics of exterior/interior,… and I was able to see it that same day. Answered all texts, emails, and any questions promptly. I bought vehicle that week and I worked with Maria in Finance to wrap everything up... another exceptional Kings Toyota representative! "Small town" feel throughout the entire transaction. Thank you, Stephan, Maria, and Kings Toyota :)

A professional, properly functioning dealership.
by demandred on 09/27/2008After doing our research and settling on an XD (base model with VSC) we were not having any luck finding one. We had already been to two Scion dealers, had met with only frustration, and had been told we would not be able to get what we… wanted for 4-5 MONTHS. I submitted an online request to kings at 5.45pm, received a call that they had exactly what we wanted at 6.30pm, and the following morning we went out to finalize the deal. Our sales representative was exceptional and working with the finance department was a breeze. It was truly a relief to be in a professional, properly functioning dealership after our last two experiences. Next time we will just start here.Sienna Limited Purchase

They were very excited to show me my new car. And their serviced department is friendly… and fast. One important note is most if their inventory us indoors and you can veiw the cars out of the weather and the cars stay in a nicer condition because of it.Thank rvery one for being so kind.

I called, put… down a deposit, and the car was exactly as advertised and awaiting me to purchase it. Everyone there was very friendly and run a very efficient shop.JP was awesome

JP was also extremely knowledgeable on the Rav4 and was able to answer all of our questions. JP… was the only person in our experience with this dealership that kept his word, returned our calls and went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were completely happy.Kings Toyota = great experience!

The place is extremely clean, the employees courteous and efficient. They are open early and have extended hours to accommodate most… anyone's schedule. I wanted the classier Corola and after paying cash for it and the extended warrenty, I went to pick up my car and it wasn't the one I told the salesman I wanted and… was told the paperwork was completed and I had signed off on it. I would have paid any differences in cash. When I went to get my "Free Oil Changes" I had nothing in writing and the salesman had been fired. My mom was going into have open heart surgery 2 days after buying still they didn't care to help make things right or anything. What a wonderful company. My next car will be American made, should have stuck with them to begin with.Great service!

He wasn't pushy and he answered all the questions and knew all about the vehicles and could give you comparisons. I wish the service dpt matched the sales- I am not impressed… with the service dpt. I recently had an issue with the tire- they told me I curbed the tire and that is why it was low- found out it had a nail in it.all-round great experience!

I traded my scion tc, took the new car, eclipse to my mechanic and found the head was cracked in the engine. When I brought it back they refused to give my car back and refused to… exchange the car for something different. I ended up selling the car for salvage parts. I contacted the VP of Toyota sales and never heard back. I will never shop at kings Toyota or any Toyota for that matter. I have told as many people about my experience and will continue to do so. I have already persuaded five friends out of a Toyota and into a VW, and I hope they can do the same for their friends and family.Unfriendly , expensive , non-clean car sellers

They did not share all issues with vehicles upfront and i had to figure out on my own. The prices were 20-30% higher than market… value and to top it off they gave a finance rate of 16% while i got 4.2% from next door.
