  • Great Help

    It is our first time to visit this dealership. However, we feel right at home at this "laid back" friendly dealer. It started from my google search result that interested me. I asked the availability of their ad and got a prompt response. After calling the dealer we headed down there on New Year day. Devyn our designated sales lady was fully ready to proceed to test drive and addressed all our concerns and questions. We ended up with a different CRV but same model on my wife's interior color preference. In a few hours we finished the whole process and drove home our new CRV. It has been a few days. I just drove home from gym in heavy snow on Sunday. Our new CRV handled the slippery road in definitive commend, love it!

    Safety recall service was estimated at 2 hrs. by Honda. Tech at Jeff Wyler indicated it could take up to 4 hours. Service tech did not communicate the additional time required. Made no text of voice mail with updates. Total wait time amounted to be 8-1/2 hours.

  • Exceeded my expectations (not an easy feat either)

    I appreciated the commitment and time spent answering all our questions, going over vehicle and financial options, and overall just great customer service by our sales representative. It didn’t feel like three hours from the time we walked in to the time we walked out with a brand new suv that best suited our needs. Very impressed. And grateful they were open on a Sunday afternoon (most other local dealers were not). Super convenient given busy work and family schedules during the week.

  • Deceptive practices

    While the salesmen appear to be on the up and up the dealership itself engages in deceptive marketing. They reduce the price of a vehicle to entice people to come in and test drive a vehicle and once a potential buyer is interested and ready to buy then they reveal they (the dealership) has added accessories (which the buyers never authorized) at an extremely inflated price. A brake pulsing unit is typical; the unit costs around $125.00 but they added an $800.00 to the price tag of the vehicle. Honda mudflaps were added cost $83.00 from Honda but the dealership added $400.00 to the price tag. Both of these accessories take less an 1/2 hour to install! So the $1093.00 dollars they "reduced" the price, they made back by adding accessories you must purchase if you want the vehicle!

    Cars are priced competitively at this dealership, but they don't include the added on accessories which you must buy. This bumps up the prices greatly.
