Complete lack of integrity
by Kristi on 10/23/2024I wish I could give zero stars for the outright deceit and complete lack of professionalism at Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Bryan, Ohio. I found a Chrysler Pacifica Touring listed on their website and contacted them directly. After… multiple communications, they assured me in writing that the vehicle was at their location, ready for me to pick up. They even sent over a purchase agreement for the exact van. Based on this information, I drove over an hour to the dealership, only to discover they never had the vehicle in the first place! It was located elsewhere the entire time. To make matters worse, they tried to bait and switch by offering me a completely different vehicle – a hybrid van with a different stock number, something I never inquired about or agreed to. This kind of dishonesty and false advertising is not only frustrating, but it’s also a complete waste of time, gas, and effort. It is unacceptable to create a purchase agreement for a vehicle they never had and mislead me to drive all the way there under false pretenses. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and deceit—do not trust this dealership. Their business practices are shady at best and downright fraudulent at worst. Stay far away from Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram if you value your time, money, and integrity!
