selling cars is not a priority
by disappointed1 on 07/25/2018The salesmen was professional but not enthusiastic by any means.I selected the model and color I wanted to buy.He did his due diligence to try and find it before the epic sales event was over. He could not. I was very disappointed I just… knew I was going to have a new car by July 31st. He did not offer any other options or suggest like "hey I'll call when the 2019's come in" not a thing, he seemed happy to let me walk away. Pricing is not negotiable either; what's posted as Crestmont price stands. I called to speak w/ sales manager to see if all their sales people were like this; when voicemail picked up and there was no greeting; it told me how professional these people are not. The manager can't even be bothered to give his name or a greeting.Boss mkz

Everyone at the dealership was extremely easy to deal with and very… professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They actually did what they initially said they would with no surprises! They were very thorough, and the whole process went smoothly. I fully expect this dealership will be where I purchase my next car. In 40 years of purchasing cars this is by far the most impressed I have been with a car dealership.Wonderful Experience

Like most people who are looking to buy a car it can be very stressful and overwhelming. It was… particularly stressful for me because my old car starting smoking and I didn't have a choice but to get a new car so I could get to work the next day. Joe made the entire process easy and explained everything thoroughly to me. He wasn't the typical car "salesperson" most of us dread. You know the people who try to rack up the prices and make you feel forced into buy a car but in fact he was the opposite.
