Great experience, highly recommend

A pleasant and surprisingly painless experience purchasing a new Tiguan! The car and the price were agreed upon over phone/email ahead of time, which made the process even quicker and smoother. The salesman, Andy B., seemed very straight-forward and transparent - frankly, that ended up being the deciding factor for me between Brunswick and another dealer. Andy really went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible. Will definitely come back and recommend to others!

5 Stars! Couldn't be happier!

I purchased a 2013 Passat TDi from this dealership after having several good interactions with the service department on my Jettas. Andy was my salesperson, he made the process very quick and easy. I knew the car I wanted to buy and it was not in stock, buty they where able to have the one I wanted there within 24 hours. Andy went over all of the features and kept me laughing with his quick sense of humor. The paperwork proceess was hassle free and easy to deal with. I recieved my title quicker than any car purchase I have made before! About a week after I purchased my car I got a "care package" in the mail from Brunswick containing a VW coffee mug, and some sweets! What a nice touch! I am thrilled about the deal and experience I had at Brunswick, you owe it to yourself to put them on your shopping list! As a note, they are now located at the intersection of route 71 and 303 in Brunswick they are no longer in Medina.

Read this and learn from my mistakes.

I have had 3 separate dealings with Medina World Cars and all 3 turn out to be nightmares. The first nightmare was that I stopped in, showed them a quote from another dealer, and said "for we don't waste each other’s time can you beat this other dealers quote" they told me yes that won't be a problem. About 1 hour later after I picked out the new car and they test-drove my trade we sat down to do the paper work. They offered me $5,000 dollars less for my trade than the quote that I handed them at the very beginning. I said see you just wasted my time and your time, and got up to leave but they still had my keys. I asked for my keys, the salesman said wait let me talk with the manager. He came back and I asked again for my keys, he said sit down we can work something out. Now I demanded my keys, he said please sit down. The fourth and final time I had to demand for my keys very loudly just to get them back for I may leave. So before you sit down, make sure you have all of you personal items (keys, drivers license, ect.). About 2 years later I called and asked if they would take something like $10,000 for a used car that they had. The salesman checked with the manager and said yes to my offer. I said that I would be there to test drive the car in about 3 hours after my girlfriend got off from work. The salesman said that I must give him my Credit card number over the phone for a $1000.00 down payment. I told him that I don't give that information out over the phone and would like to test-drive the car first. He starts yelling at me over the phone saying that I called him, made an offer, and must do what he said. I hung the phone up on him. The manager called me about 3 days later. I told him what happen, he said come test drive the car. I drove the car about 10 miles and the check engine light came on the abs brake light came on and the car started over heating. Lesson 2,don't buy a car without test-driving it and don't give a down payment until you are happy with the deal. Nightmare 3, (I will never learn) I bid and won a new car that Medina World Cars was selling over the Internet. I called right after I won the car and asked if I could come and pick up the car today since this would be a cash deal. They said yes but added $1,250.00 dollars in extra-undisclosed fees before taxes. I told them that they did not disclose any of their extra fees and was willing to give them my winning bid plus $100.00 for paper work and state sales tax at my county's rate. The salesman said no. About 2 hours later a man called me and said he was the owner of Medina World Cars and has accepted the agreed price as long as I take delivery of the car today. I said that I would be at the dealership with a check in my hand in 1 hour. I pulled into the dealership and was greeted right at my door and told that the car was already sold. Medina World Cars will use every trick in the book to get your money. They are unprofessional, uncompromising, and will not even try to work out a solution with you. Medina World Cars have been reported to the Better Business Bureau at least 4 different times. Their ebay account has several negative feedbacks. So save yourself a lot of headaches and shop elsewhere!
