My break light is on and try to make an appointment and the lady answer the phone said the earlier appointment is 10 days later. I have a garage that I use to use… to put in a wheel bearing to fix the problem. Now the service representative claim that they installed the bearing wrong and try to charge me $1200.00 to fix it. How can you installed a wheel bearing wrong? There is only one way to install it and you try to charge me $1200.00 to fix it?Satisfied customer

The person who checked me in, informed me of what was included in the check up, the cost and how long it would take to… complete. Everything was completed on time while I relaxed in their clean and comfortable waiting room.Attention to Personal Satisfaction

I am not accustomed… to this is service Dept. This is my first Subaru always a Honda owner where derives was great! Totally disappointed!Chat No Call Back

by Dave_C on 04/18/2019Brunswick Subaru performed the 1st oil change on my 2019 Ascent. Unfortunately the technician overfilled the oil...way overfilled. The level was approximately 1 inch above the full mark, at the twist in the dipstick. When I called to… schedule a time to have it corrected I was advised by the service rep that I may not know how to properly check the oil level (strike 1) but he agreed to schedule a time to bring it in and he will check it. We took the car in and once again we were advised by the service rep we may not know how to check the oil level (strike 2). Upon observing the service rep remove/wipe/insert the dipstick 5+ times he agreed the oil level was too high (admitting the level was at the twist in the dipstick) and that they will correct it. Corrective action was taken (we were advised oil was sucked out) and before we left we asked for a statement. The service rep advised us it would take 2 hours to write it up, upon attempting to appeal to him to do it immediately we gave up and left (strike 3). Upon arriving home we checked the oil level and now its low (strike 4) and find oil spots on our grill (strike 5). Guess where we won't be going for service or to purchase cars? (and we are in the market for another car)Always a Great Experience

Mike in parts put the smoothest, quietest and best mpg tires on my Subaru that I… have ever had. They are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I would highly recommend them for service, sales or other automotive needs. Their new modern facility has all the amenities to make your wait for service a pleasant stay.
