We test drove and he went thru all the electronics and other features. We went… thru the paperwork and arranged to pick it up the next day. When we picked it up and finished the paperwork Todd again went over all the features with. Coming from a 2011 this was an adjustment. I love this car - the look, the drive, the room for my golf clubs, heated seats etc. Todd made it easy and I felt comfortable spending the money!!Salesman Ron

My break light is on and try to make an appointment and the lady answer the phone said the earlier appointment is 10 days later. I have a garage that I use to use… to put in a wheel bearing to fix the problem. Now the service representative claim that they installed the bearing wrong and try to charge me $1200.00 to fix it. How can you installed a wheel bearing wrong? There is only one way to install it and you try to charge me $1200.00 to fix it?Satisfied customer

The person who checked me in, informed me of what was included in the check up, the cost and how long it would take to… complete. Everything was completed on time while I relaxed in their clean and comfortable waiting room.Subaru for life!

I recently leased my fourth Crosstrek and the process was just as smooth and uncomplicated as it was the first time.
