Disappointment for the Second Time
by Brandon on 05/01/2019Hello, So I tried again for the second time in four years to go to Brunswick Auto Mart to get out of my current vehicle, and into another vehicle. I called and stated what I wanted to accomplish over the phone, before, I made it into store.… While that kind of happened, what I learned and felt was if your not in the store your deal is on hold. I had a very unique situation with negative equity, but knew it could be accomplished. The sales guy who I will leave out at first was amazing, then after filling out a credit report drifted off. He would not reapond to texts, calls, voicemails, and had no updates at all. I had to call his manager to even ask if he was alive and at work. I maybe but off more than I could chew with the vehicle of my choice, by having the go big or go home mentality. I was told on the vehicle I was looking at a number way off my budget. I was then of course told I would need a co signer in which I did not want to do at all! But did to hopefully get a deal done, by using my wife. After being told it got worse( go figure) I stated I was open to anything better then what I was in truck wise! I did not care if it was lease, buy, or whatever, but was hoping for anything and was told No there was nothing we could do at all! This became dissapointing, as I was promised by the GM last time this happened he would take care of me! It did not happen nothing else was said or left. Today I went in to Haasz of Dalton after 3 hours in dealer, I walked out with a 35 month lease on a Ram 1500 Quad Cab Big Horn with 100$ down and 685/ month payments. Which is lower then what I was paying and eats up all the negative equity so that in 2.5 to 3 years I can get a newer vehicle with rolling over anything. It just stinks because I wanted to stay local as I’m a 4 year resident of Brunswick but feel dissapointment again, over something I believe could have been accomplished!
