by RSTdmax on 12/30/2022Jimmy and Chris took great care of me and got me in very quickly to finally get my heated seat module installed! WooHoo perfect time of the year to have the butt warmers active!! They were also able to get my winter wheels and tires swapped… onto the truck for me during my visit. Water and snacks were free and available in the waiting area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Hopefully GM will release the heated steering wheel retrofit soon!Great service

I was beginning to get that same feeling after shopping at the first dealership I went to. Luckily, I decided to give Stratton Chevrolet a try. I bought a car from them… years ago but hadn't been back since. They have a tendency to skip our minds since they are a few miles out of town. Best move I ever made. Salesman Dennis was the best. He was very honest in telling me every incentive I qualified for. I did not get that honesty from the first dealership. The process of buying my new car was fabulous!!! Stratton Chevrolet will be my first stop when looking for my next car. Thank you Dennis for making my new car purchase a great experience.
