He did not pressure one time through the entire deal, even tho I was very… indecisive with what I wanted. I'm glad I ran into him outside because he made my experience very painless. Then I came to… North Coast and met Nick Baron. He didn't pressure me and listened to me vent and talk about what I was looking for for the first 15 minutes and then walked the lot with me to find something I liked. He got me approved with a low payment and on a 2013 Hyundai Sonata with every single thing I told him I wanted. Don't waste weeks car shopping and just go straight to him. by jarrod51 on 10/30/2016Drove two hours to see two separate cars, a BMW and an Audi. prices were a fair deal considering NADA retail value for the cars. Test drives went great, cars were awesome and the staff was fairly okay to deal with, but they weren't the… friendliest.. Waited two hours for credit approval and trade in appraisal of my current car. This was a Sunday so I expected the banks to take a while. While waiting I asked for a carfax report which they gladly provided. To my surprise BOTH of the cars I was interested in had been wrecked. I should mention that both cars had front and side impact damage. The carfax considered the damage to be moderate and stated the cars were not able to drive and had to be towed. What are the chances both of the cars I was interested in were wrecked in the past? I was pretty bummed and knew I wasn't going to pay clean retail value for a wrecked and rebuilt car but I figured I would wait and see what they would offer me. The finance manager finally met with me and wanted to give me half of what NADA recommended my car's clean trade in was worth at $12,000. So they offered me $6,000 for a 2010 BMW with about 100,000 miles. I laughed and told them they were wrong. I told them I had done my research and knew what my car was worth and they told me I was wrong and that auction value of my car was $6,000. I showed the finance manager my phone where I had NADA values of my car pulled up and he remained silent. He seemed a little embarrassed that I knew what I was doing and he had been caught in a very low-ball offer. Why would I take auction value for my car and not trade-in? After all, my car is near perfect with a history of 0 accidents unlike the cars on this lot. Be very careful when trading in your car for another at this dealership!Excited

Outstanding Experience Unlike Anything Before

All my life I've only ever purchased brand new vehicles or much newer certified pre owned vehicles. I don't know how it happened but I let my wife to… convince me to look around and see about saving a couple dollars. I've never had a problem financing or buying the things that I want to buy so I'm very picky about where I go. I came into this dealership very skeptical and with a chip on my shoulder. I left realizing that there are genuine people out there. Not every sales person out there is out to get you and I can say that whole heartedly. I can't even single anyone out at this dealership. Everyone was so very helpful and nice. At the end of the day I saved at least $4000 on my Malibu and I made some very nice contacts. I can absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone that that can not stand car salesmen, these are not salesmen, they are people just like all of us and will not stop to do everything they can to help you!Nicole

Actually it was their prices that ultimately made me go there, and I am thankful I did. Eddie greated me at the door,… and completely handled the process for me start to finish. I bought a 2014 BMW X6 for about $5000 less than any other dealer in northeastern Ohio. They found a lender with a decent interest rate given my situation and the car seems to be in good shape and still has a good bit of factory… warranty left. I just took possession so I may revise this review if any problems with the car reveal themselves. by ajhartline on 08/30/2016Two years ago I bought a car from here and it was an AWFUL experience from sales to service, including damage to the vehicle that is still present. A few days ago I received a call from a representative stating that they're trying to… improve on past customers' experiences. Fast forward to today, part of that PR push was offering me a $300 visa gift card as compensation. In return, I was asked to remove the negative review (pay for delete). However, apparently it is against company policy to send out the gift card until after the review is deleted (AKA, give them a higher online customer approval average and never see a dime of any promised compensation). This company has extremely shady business practices, from my original purchase negotiation and finance department dealings to the service department that tried to cover up the damaged they caused. There are so many reputable dealerships in the area, don't waste your time here.Hi Mrs Hartline, I'm so very sorry that you are having these issues and i can assure you are intentions were to help you with these repairs you are stating were caused by us 2 years ago. I would gladly send you reimbursement for cost of the repairs to the weather strip you are stating that we damaged.
