After working with chad at Mazda my whole outlook on car buying has changed. I used to be afraid of salesmen and car buying in general but chad made this super easy. I felt involved and i felt that i was being listened to about what i wanted and what i was willing to pay. I would definitely come back to this team and chad thank you again for helping me get into a CX 5 #teammazda

  • Jason Malone's poor customer service

    1 out of 5 starsby Billywhited105 on 07/16/2018

I purchased a new 2018 dodge charger scatpack from Jeff Wyler Eastgate on July 2nd, 2018. It started out on that I went to Wyler and test drove a similar vehicle on June 25th, 2018. We did all the paperwork, got approved, the vehicle I was wanting to purchase wasn’t on the lot at the time but was going to be later in the day so I went home, cleaned my trade-in out, had dinner and came back to the dealership, test drove the charger that I was actually there to purchase. I made my way back to the dealership and was told that I could not buy that car due to a cruise control recall and supposedly no release date on the update for the recall. This should have been noticed and addressed by management before any of my paperwork was completed. At this point, I’m now stuck with my credit being ran, no new car, and no date as to when I will be able to buy the car. June 29th I receive a call from my salesmen, Tommy Miller, stating that a update was released for the vehicle and the computer had been flashed and I am good to go. July 2nd comes around, I make my way to Eastgate Wyler to purchase the charger. One I get to the dealership, I am met by the salesmen notifying me that the charger is in cleanup, once we finalize the paperwork, we will be good to go. Paperwork gets completed and once the charger is brought around, I notice a big chip in the rear passenger side door. My salesmen wrote out a paper stating that “the dealer owes customer a check to repair passenger side rear door. Customer will write and send to Jason for the amount.” Chyrsler sales manager Jason Malone, agreed and signed the paper, and currently will not make right on his end of the deal because he thinks it is too much even after the estimate I provided was verified to being 100% legit by their bodyshop. This is poor customer service and shady acts on his end in order to make and finalize a sale. Jason Malone has basically refused to call me back or return my emails. I have also yet to receive the floor mats for the charger. I’m 26 years old and have purchased three vehicles totaling around $70,000 dollars combined from the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family and I will never purchase another vehicle from there again.

I had plans to buy a new or used car, so I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers within a couple of days to search because I had a truck that I needed to trade -in. My thing was to get the most bangs for my buck. So my girlfriend and I pulled into Jeff Wyler Eastgate Mazda and while backing into a parking space we saw Larry outside whom later walked up to us and asked if he could help. I explained to him that I was looking for a mazda3 and that I wanted to trade-in the truck we had. And the rest was history. To my surprise I truly did not expect my purchase/trade-in would go so smooth, as I had anticipated going to a bunch of dealers. However, Jeff Wyler Eastgate was the third and I had a deal. So after looking around on a couple of Mazda, Larry went inside and get a set of keys so that we could test drive the black mazda3. So my girlfriend drove the car and so we asked Larry to work his magic and get us deal taking in my truck as a trade-in. He came back a while later and presented a deal which was a bit lower than what I wanted. However, I told him how much I was looking to get and if he could do a little better. So Larry went back to his sales manager and reshuffled the figures a bit. After a little give and take on both sides of the fence we were able to finalize a deal even though I paid a little bit more than I had intended to. But Larry and his finance manager worked extremely hard to make a deal and get me into a new car. In the end we drove away in a new car at about 8:30PM. I had a very decent experience purchasing my new car.

  • An educated buyer will do very well with this CS savvy dealership.

This is my second purchase from JWE during the 2010 year, having been so impressed during my first visit with my salesperson and the dealerships no-nonsense approach to selling that I eagerly retruned and insisted they take my money again. Although it was necessary to wait them out, the price delivered was far less than anyone else was offering, and equally as good comparatively on a national level. I did very well and in reality only saved a couple of hundred dollars by waiting them out meaning that their initial offering was already a great price. That aside, it's your duty to be well informed. Go in armed with actual dealer cost, dealer hold back numbers and manufacturer floor plan program information. If you don't know what this stuff is, you've got a little work to do but it'll be easy enough to find and well worth the effort. This dealership appreciates and rewards those who come in prepared. Don't misunderstand, they'll happily take more of your money than you really need to spend, but, they won't waste your time with needless negotiating if you know your stuff because in the end, it's a numbers game they're playing. Their primary concern is the sale. You're satifaction with their service and your willingness to state such runs a close second. These two factors are what the manufacturers use to determine dealer allocations and that is where the money is. So do a little homework and go into this dealership knowing what you want and in all likelihood you'll leave with it.

  • 2011 Kia Sorento purchase

4.3 out of 5 starsby jlwear on 10/04/2010

We purchased this vehicle last week from Joe Comer at the dealership. We used internet pricing to get the best deal possible. We had originally were looking for a 2010 at closeout pricing but found we could do just as well on a new model. It took a couple of weeks. but we were able to to go and pick out the vehicle we wanted at the best price possible. We did not finance through the dealership so we did not have that hassle to work through. Best advice on working with this dealership is to take your time and use the internet pricing of the dealerships to help you negotiate. Since we live 65 miles from the dealership, the internet saved us several days of comparison pricing.

  • New Rio

5 out of 5 starsby tamrob on 01/07/2010

Very happy with my new Kia Rio, Dave and Tim were a pleasure to work with. I feel I got a very fair price for me trade in and the whole process was very smooth. The Wyler dealership has a wide variety of manufacturers and I was able to find the right car for me there onsite. I would recommend Wyler to my friends.
  • To long of a process, but worked out. I would go back to this dealer.

3.4 out of 5 starsby cincymachine on 01/04/2010

I went in ready to buy, did my research, knew what I wanted and was told they could get it or have it. I spent a little more than I wanted but got a good deal. I did ask to have the all weather floor mats as part of the deal but since I worked out the big part of the deal with one sales person then moved to another because they were busy, that part changed and I was already there for 5 plus hours and didn't want to haggle any more. They should of thrown those in for my wait. I like what I got, it's cool and really nice to have my first new car but the process stress me out BIG TIME!!
  • Quick and Simple Used Car Online Experience

5 out of 5 starsby milfordmom on 12/15/2009

We wanted to get a good used car for our teenage daughter without spending a lot of money. Our goal was less than $5000. We realized that this was not the typical type of car that Jeff Wyler carries, but we get all of our service there and asked them to give us a heads up if any good deals came in. We communicated with Jerry Smith and Matt Schreiner via the Internet after filling out an online trade evaluation for the used car we were trading in. They called back shortly and told us about a used Honda that was traded in the day before that was within our price range, and was in great condition for its age (1999, 105k miles). We came in and were thrilled to find that it drove great and looked even better (God bless the previous owner who kept the interior meticulous). This was a cash deal with a trade-in and we were in and out within about an hour. They gave us what we were looking for, they did not try and talk us into something more expensive. Easiest car buying experience we have had - thanks Jerry and Matt!
  • New Car Purchase

    5 out of 5 starsby pita1 on 05/06/2009

I recently purchased 2 new Mazda's. After utilizing Jeff Wyler's website to research different vehicles, I went in to test drive my choices. I purchased both cars on the same day. Besides the amount of time it takes to fill out paperwork, this was a quick and easy purchase. I highly recomend utilizing the websites offered by the dealer before going onto a lot and trying to purchase a vehicle. This will save you a ton of time and make your purchase much more enjoyable.

I was very pleased in the information and service provided by Keith at the dealership. The information he sent me from my inquiry on the internet is the very reason I cam to the dealership. I also appreciated his approach of not smothering us with "Cheesey" comments. I hate that. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Overall excellent experience.

This was a great buying experience for me. Everything was done via the web an e-mail. Steve Swaynie could have not been more helpful. Every question that I asked was answered with every need met. I wish that I could say this about the other dealers that I dealt with on the web. I would recommend Jeff Wyler to all my friends and family due to my overwhelming positive experience.

I started looking at different cars couple of months ago, not entirely sure what I wanted. The sales consultant I worked with, Tim Donnellon, was extremely knowledgable about the cars I was looking at (even other makes). I told him right up front I was just starting the process. After leaving, Tim kept in touch. He was persistent...but did not hound me. When I returned interested in purchasing, they were very easy and fair to work with in the sales process. I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Nissan.

Our salesperson was David Barnhart. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, a Nissan Pathfinder. He was very patient about answering our questions making sure we were satisfied with everything we were getting. He didn't even complain when I changed my mind about the color. Twice! Everyone had a good laugh about it. When we decided on the car and a price it was such a quick and easy process to get all of the paperwork filled out and get into my brand new car. He explained everything I needed to know to get started very thoroughly and has answered several questions after the fact, which I really appreciate since I am not much of a car person. I felt very comfortable with the staff and how they took care of us. I would definitely recommend Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan.

Jay Robinson was kind, curteous, and knowledgeable about the Sentra. He had the car ready when we arrived. He had e-mailed me a competitive sale price for the vehicle. Even the initial offer for our trade was fair. A very easy buying experience. Highly recommended.

Bought a brand new car from Jeff Anna. He's a wonderful salesman. Came into the dealership planning to buy a used car. He jumped through hoops to get us a new car. Never thought I'd end up with a new car. Definetly buy your next car from Jeff Anna.
  • We Love Our New Silverado from Wyler's!!

I was in the market for a new Chevy Silverado Extended Cab. Shopped many dealers from Columbus to Cincinnati using the internet and in-person visits. Wyler Eastgate Chevrolet salesman Steve Swaynie was most helpful, answering my many questions (by e-mail) very quickly and clearly. My wife and I made the trip to Wyler's Eastgate Chevrolet and bought the new Silverado! Staff found me a BETTER interest rate than my credit union and banks were offering thus saving me even more money! Steve went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible on the new vehicle, as well as an excellent price for my trade-in. I will definitely check out Wyler's again when I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

Thank you so much Steve for making my dreams come true. Barbara Johnson
