Paul Heisler was awesome. We had been looking into the Yukon we purchased for about two-three months.
The day we purchased the Yukon. We had a lot of life going on, death in the family, car totaled, had been a rough 2-3 weeks, ect.…
I had previously made an appointment with Paul a while back, I, unfortunately had to cancel. The day our car was totaled (11-5-24) I got a notification for a price drop on the Yukon. I was thinking that could be God talking.
I emailed Paul, since he was my first point of contact in the first place. If we did buy I wanted him to get the sale since he had some time invested already.
Fortunately he was available and he made our experience as smooth, informative, nice, and a pleasure of an experience. We also on a time crunch to be at our daughters soccer game (we had zero plans of buying that day) paperwork was done and we were on time. Everything worked out great!
I will always look first to Holman GMC before any dealer. I live almost a hour away. - Sean

After bringing it in a week later for a scheduled appointment, they charged me $115 for a 10k quote for a new block on a… truck that would be worth 8k after. They also broke my dash and put multiple very deep gouges in it while replacing an airbag that was on a recall. They didn’t even mention it. Never again.Exceptional Customer Service!

Ultimately, a salesperson from another dealer recommended that we meet with Nikki at Holman when we mentioned we were looking at GMC’s… as well. So, we reached out and Nikki was accommodating and pleasant to work with from start to purchase. Nikki responded quickly, had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. She answered every question we had. You could tell she was truly happy to work with us and not eager to push us through the process. She was extremely personable! After we worked with Nikki, Laura helped us with all the paperwork. She was extremely personable as well. Leaving there, we felt like it was a great experience. Definitely recommend Holman and Nikki!

I spent 4 differ trips to Holman, debating, looking at features, pricing and everything else you do when you spend a ton of money on a new car. The sales rep was outstanding. by Jim1957 on 12/03/2018I purchased a wheel & tire protection package when I purchased my 2016 GMC 2500 truck from Holman. I had a flat tire which I had change to the spare and the drove about a 1/2 hour from my home Holman for the repair. From the time I got… there to the time I left I spent 3 hours at the dealership. The people fixed the tire then put the spare in the back of my truck instead of mounting it on the tire carrier under the truck. I complained about that and it was quickly remedied. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous. Including my drive time, I spent 1/2 day to get the tire fixed which I think is a ridiculous amount of time to spend on a tire repair. In hindsight I should have just taken it to a local shop and paid for the fix instead of wasting a lot of time. I am about due for an oil change and some other maintenance items but I don't want to take it to Holman because of this past experience.Mr.L.Kratzer

by CLL513 on 10/26/2017I bought a used 2012 GMC Terrain from Holman on 6/30/2017. The engine blew on 9/18/2017. I immediately took my SUV to Holman for service. To make a long story short, this is a company that will do the right thing for their customers.… Integrity is sometimes lost in this industry but because of how my situation was handled, I am a lifetime customer.
