    I have bought many Fords and I think that this was one of the best if not the best experience I have had. I recently had a no haggle, stress free buying experience at AutoNation Ford Amherst. The whole team was great. They gave me a fair assessment of my trade in and worked with me to put me in my new Ford. The internet manager Jeff is always great at getting you what you need and connected with all the right information to help you make your purchase. He also reaches out from time to time via phone and email to see if there is anything he can help with. There is never any pressure. My salesperson Jordan went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked for me. He was friendly and hardworking through the whole process. He made me feel very confident he had my best interest in mind. The Finance Manager Sam was very professional, precise and did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. He made everything super easy with digital signatures and kept the deal moving efficiently. I would highly recommend this dealer and their great team to do business with. This experience was very fair and time saving.

    jessica was very helpful throughout. rodney was also considerate and professional. i am also very grateful that lonnie, the general manager in amherst got involved and found a way for me to be able to manage this situation. i accept my responsibility in this matter. it was nice to be told by the general manager and autonation corporate headquarters that the company also had responsibility. thanks again for your effort and consideration in this matter.

    Sales team was so friendly and the managers were so nice but when I started having issues with my car my sales man and manager wanted nothing to do with me. They sent me to the service team and my issues still haven’t been resolved. I took the license plate that advertises for your company off my car because I wouldn’t recommend a free car to someone from this location.

  • Problems with panoramic sun roof “trim”

    Sean did a great job steering us through this difficult problem. Note to others: if you hear a strange noise coming from the space between the sun shade and the sun roof, take it to the dealership, do not open anything. There is a piece of plastic “trim” (not covered by the Platinum warranty ) that is held up by 4 pieces of 1” x 1” double sided tape, about 8” by 2’ that has failed twice.

    We purchased our preowned car from AutoNation Amherst. We did not to intend to buy from them (they are about 50 miles from us) but they had the car we wanted and that is not easy to find-right car, model, color and very low miles. The whole purchase process took about an hour and was very easy. Matthew H was great and very accommodating. Thank you.

  • Tire Repair

    Had to take my F-150 into AutoNation on an emergency when my rear tire was punctured. I was sent back to Rod who took excellent care me. Got me in and out in about a half hour. Although the tire had to be replaced and they didn't have the particular brand on site, Rod and the rest of the crew there were very pleasant and accommodating and scheduled me for a return to get a new tire installed. Took my truck back on the following Thursday and the tire was replaced and I was back on the road as normal. Thank you!!!

    I was searching Autonations web site looking for a Dodge Charger and found what I was looking for at Autonation Ford Amherst. Knowing I had an hours drive to look at the car I asked my salesman Matt Cox to drive the car for me before I made the trip to the dealership. I had dealt with Matt recently and trusted him to give me an honest opinion of the Charger. After his examination and driving the car for me he was spot on with his evaluation and even pointed out minor scratches in the paint. I appreciate honesty. Thanks to Matt I now own this 2020 Dodge Charger.

    My last service was all around good. Although after driving a realized some things was amiss and I have to go back and have them fix it cause my car is off. I drive 2018 Volkswagon Passat with the technology package. My front assist can't/won't turn on and my emergency brake has been disabled. I would have given 5 stars but this last repair wasn't the that deserves 5 stars.
