    I received the wrong gas due to an error of the gas station and had some major problems with my car. Mary was amazing and provided friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt customer service. She also helped deal with the insurance claim from the gas station. A+ service!

    Mostly it was good. I had and still do have some issues. Description of vehicle was a little misleading. Supposed to have floor mats and doesn’t. Little leak in the exhaust that I’m going to see if they’ll fix it

    Since it is almost impossible to lease anymore under $500 I decided to buy instead . I had a Chevy Blazer for last 3 years and it was plaques with issue and recalls and didn’t want to get another one of those I searched a 300 miles radius for a 2023 vehicle low miles and the best deal I found was at Auto Nation in Amherst Ohio The only issue I had was there was a decent size dent on the hood that was not repaired before I drove the 3 hours to get The vehicle looked barely used and only had 6500 miles I’m happy with purchase but I wouldn’t have accepted it with the dent if I wasn’t 3 hours each way

    I bought my truck a little over two years ago through Auto Nation. They were great when I bought the truck and they continued to be one of the best with their customer service. I never have issues when I come in for my vehicles scheduled maintenance. Always friendly. polite , easy to talk and timely.

    Everytime we take our vehicle in to be serviced we always have issues and then feel like we're being blamed for their mistakes on our vehicle. There are 2 different discrepancies between the serviced department and us the owners. We do not feel comfortable enough to return to this place of business once we get our vehicle back for good. I will say that some of the issues were taken care of after mentioning our concerns. This has been an on going issue with the same service department and being verbally attacked by a family member of the dealership since we bought our 1st car from from. I will say that Jessica had our best interest, the entire time she was managing the oversee of our vehicle. She answered all of our concerns and even when we were a bit overwhelmed with the details at times, she didn't give into our frustration and treated us very well. She went above and beyond for us and rod helped fix the concerns we had as well.

    Bought my Mustang GT four years ago at Auto Nation Amherst. Got the car I wanted at a very good price. I have continued to get service there even though it is further away than other Ford dealers. I keep going there because they are courteous, efficient, and mostly because they take good care of my car.

    Shawn V, the Service Writer goes above and beyond the scheduled service. My hood latch on my Ford FLEX would not stay closed. Shawn degunked the latch and had me back on the road in 5 minutes.

    Due to bad storms and flooded streets which I got caught in my Explorer had to be towed d/t water getting in. Everything was taken care of. Electronics , new carpeting, then cleaning and sanitizing. Looks brand new. Running great.
