Deceptive practices,they consistently list mileage lower to populate
by Rocket man on 10/13/2024updated 10/21/2024Deceptive, the odomitor on cars are hugely misrepresented for better search results listing. They say 59 miles in their ad and the advertising car has over 70,000.00 miles. For these reasons I would not recommend them or trust them.Everything was great!

They kept me updated, and notified me of little details during the whole process.… The car arrived in amazing condition and everything was as expected, and the paperwork/back end deal stuff was easy to do. The team was professional and helped me great a great rate as well! Dalton and Jaime were my two sales people, would recommend buying from them if you want a car from PAC.Well worth the 4 hour drive one way!

When I first walked in the dealership I was amazed with their inventory of high end vehicles. They didn't… care a bit for me and my daughter to set in them. This made my 4 hour drive to this place so much more enjoyable and better buying experience.Super Satisfied

Marble floors beautiful cars beautiful people selling cars it's well worth your time and money to go to this place. Usually, you ask about a car and they begin to pressure you to decide right then or if it's over the phone, they want you to run right over,… now, before it gets away! One way or the other, they give you a quick few minutes and then they're done with you. I thought dealerships were all that way until I came acrossed Perfect Auto Collection and spoke with Specialist Stella Stevens. I found someone who is interested in actually helping me find the vehicle that's right for me! Not in just an hour, not necessarily just today or this week, but - 'in whatever time it takes to find the right one!'. That's a quote! She has clear goals, not ploys! She indicated that Perfect Auto Collection takes pride in what they offer and in helping you find the one you actually want. She didn't say that, she has done that, with no pressure! That really is refreshing and Stella Stevens, who is an Information Specialist, has been so patient with me. Shortly after I started looking, I had a medical issue surface and decided to pause for a short time. Ms Stevens told me not to worry, get well and she'd still be here when I was ready! Where others would faulter, she shines! I'm looking forward to continuing my search soon and happy to only need to look in just one location!Team was quick, efficient and straight to the point. No wasted sales talk.

by DRI on 04/21/2021I sensed that this car buying experience would be a good one from the first contact with Dennis about coming in to see a specific car and walking into the showroom filled with beautiful luxury automobiles. Jacey couldn't have been more… accommodating at the reception area. The staff are professional but not stuffy and we felt comfortable right away. Ron was not your typical pushy sales person. We felt he truly wanted us to feel pleased with the car and the negotiation process. Ameer and Alex helped finalize everything. My husband and I were very impressed with everyone. I got a great car and received first rate customer service!Great out of state buying experience!

They source the whole country to find the best. There pricing is very competitive. I… found an Audi I was interested in. I called PAC and talked with Salesman Ron Perie. We set up a time for me to visit. When I arrived the Audi was right up front by Ron's desk. It was in spotless condition. After a short review I took the Audi for a test drive. I was impressed. We had a mature low keyed buying process with Ron which ended in my purchasing. I then met Alex Naizov, Financial Manager. Again like Ron, Alex was very helpful. My purchase was complete. Then Ron showed me how to work the many features on my new Audi A4 Premium Plus S. There dealership in very clean and inviting. A true classy and professional buying experience. PAC has a new future customer.Great Experience

The vehicle I purchased had a vibration in the steering at highway speeds and when mentioned, it was addressed and handled immediately. My only complaint is that the car was sold to me with one key fob… and when I asked about the 2nd one, I was told it only came with one and they wouldn't buy me or credit me another one at a dealership. When you spend 50k on a luxury vehicle, you would think 2 key fobs isn't a big ask.Stella and Ron
