Customer, beware of this business
by mehosh53 on 07/07/2025I took my 2010 Ford Focus SE to be repaired at Crossroads Ford.. The cost of the repair was more than what the car was worth, so I decided not to have the car repaired. When I received the bill, I was surprised to see a bill for a… diagnostic test. I did not ask for a diagnostic test and told the service dept I had a leak in the power steering unit somewhere between the unit and steering column that needed to be fixed. I asked the service supervisor why I am paying for a diagnostic test when I didn't ask for one. I was told every customer pays for that test when they bring their car in for service. This is the last time I will bring any car into Crossroads Ford for service. I feel they cannot be trusted to do honest fair work to my vehicle without adding on unnecessary fees and performing work that is not needed. Customers read the fine print .and get a quote in writing, on all work before it is performed.Thanks for the feedback. We did try reaching out by phone and email to review your visit, but never heard back. If you ever want to revisit it, please let us know.
I responded to your E-mail the next day. Here is a short version of what I wrote in the E-mail. I knew what was wrong with my car and did not request a diagnostic test. That was wasted time for the mechanic and wasted money for me. I wanted the leak fixed, if possible and if it could not be fixed to return my car. I did not ask for a diagnostic test to tell me what else needed fixing. You rung up the bill and did no work on my vehicle. That is why I am warning anyone that brings a car to Crossroad Ford to be wary of hidden cost and unnecessary work performed on their vehicle. Learn from this and do a better job servicing your customers. As I stated in my E-mail you not only lost a service customer but also two sales of new car's.

Service of my F-150

From the moment my truck entered the service bay I was I constant contact with Danny one of the service assistants. My truck had to have some major work but my warrantee… kick in. The work on the truck was A-1 and after the truck was clean. I bought this truck here at Crossroad and I will buy another truck when the time comes. If you looking for a dealer who treats people with class and helps you through the entire process so you feel good about your purchase or service Crossroads Ford is the best I have ever worked with.
