    This dealer adds a mandatory $1900 charge to the sales price for oil changes, lock nuts, etc. BUYER BEWARE!!

    I came to Renaldo to purchase my car. I'm very picky and was adamant on what I wanted. Dean Bradshaw went above and beyond what should have been expected but he got me exactly what I wanted even searching 10 states out. I know I was really hard to please but Dean Bradshaw did it. I would and have recommended this dealership to others that have admired my vehicle.You guys rock. Especially Dean Bradshaw. Keep up the excellent work. I had the best experience with this dealership than any in the past.

    Went to trade in my 2012 honda cicvic in for something newer because i was sent a check saying they would buy my car if i bought one from them. I went in and was introduced to a sales lady. Right off the bat she wants to know all my personal information including social to run credit check. I informed her i would like to look around to see if they had anything id be interested in before we do any paperwork.she said well there is no need to look at cars until we figure out what you are approved for. At this point i was ready to walk out. She was throwing figures out at me that we just outrageous for a civic. Manager walked by ask how everything was going so i said not very well and told him id like to see what his dealership had to offer. At that point the saleslady went and got keys for a car i didnt even pick out. Test drove it and she told me what my payments would be and it was just ludacris the numbers she prepared for me. Kept trying to get my keys to my older civic so i could leave and go somewhere else. She went to get them and sales manager ask what the problem was. I said i would like to look at all ur inventory not just what u want me to look at or think id be able to afford. So he took over ask what exactly i had in mind said he didnt have it on lot he would have to order it from a sister store and since it was the weekend it would be monday when they get and they would call. No phone call that day. So i called tues morning but no car. Finally Wednesday they called said it was ready. Go to sign paperwork and the deal i agreed on had totally changed when it came to signing. The figures were some much more than i had agreed on with sales manager. I said if it gonna be that much and y'all have went back and reconfigured this amount, you can go get my keys to my old civic. Finance manager said hmm ill be right back i gotta talk to sales manager and see what y'all agreed on. Then i was there for like 6-7 hrs the first day. 2 hrs which was suppose to take 5 minutes to sign paperwork. Took car to get serviced today and oil change was $39.95 and tire rotation was $19.99. Never once have i paid that much for an oil change but most importantly ive never paid for a tire rotation. The girl behind counter was like yea, unless u buy tires from us we dont charge for rotation. REALLY!!!!!?????? I JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 24,000 VEHICLE. THE TIRES WERE ON CAR WHEN I BOUGHT IT.NEVER EVER PAID FOR TIRE ROTATION. AND EVEN THE OIL CHANGE IS QUIT EXPENSIVE. PLEASE DO NOT USE Renaldo Honda for you car buying needs. For me i will do alot more shopping around for the perks.

    I had a 2001, Honda, CR-V with 205000 Miles on it. I was looking to trade it in and buy a newer but used Honda. My mother saw a Honda certified used civic with 23000 Miles online, and sent an email requesting more info. She was contacted immediately, and we made arrangements to ride out to Shelby the next day. (Wednesday, March 4, 2015). We were told to ask for Chris. Chris Hughes greeted us, and conducted himself in a professional manner from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable and informed us about every detail of the car, and what it means when they say certified Honda. He was never pushy, only asked what we were looking to do that particular day? And, proceeded to take my trade in for appraisal. Ken, the sales manager politely introduced himself, and said they were going to do everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted. Although I was trying to play a little hardball, it was becoming clear, I didn't need to. They asked what kind of payment and how long a loan I wanted? And when they had all my info and gave me the trade amount, I wasn't quite satisfied, so they asked ME what more they could do? And they did it. I was pleased to learn the payment was lower than I expected and that the car came with an extraordinary warranty. To extend it was also a very low figure, that I could afford. Brandon in finances also went above and beyond, and had a great sense of humor. The entire process was painless, and the absolute best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I don't just recommend Renaldo Honda, if you do business anywhere else, you will miss out on a very pleasing buying experience. These people rocked it, and I'm not just saying that. Although Shelby is a few good miles out of my way, and I can go anywhere for an oil change, etc. I will be taking my new car there for any service it may need down the road. Seriously..hats off to a great car dealership and it's members. Sincerely, Meredith Hall

    Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and both internet communications and the final sale were excellent and went very smoothly. Sales Mgr. Was very helpful and offered suggestions to make certain we received the vehicle and the deal we were happy with. Finance person was also very helpful! Would definitely trade with this dealership again.

    My husband and I had visited several dealers prior to this one. We found the approach of the sales staff refreshingly direct. There were no gimmicks or overdone sales pitches. Kaitlin was especially helpful with her accommodating nature and knowledge of the inventory. We never felt pressured or disrespected during our purchase. On the contrary, it felt that the ultimate goal of the staff was to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with our purchase.
