Great car DISHONEST DEALERSHIP!!
by Still in shock on 08/11/2023I’ve been trying to buy their Audi Q5 for a week!! Had one issue after another I did not want their mandatory add on of a GPS when car prices have risen as well as I treat rates why should I be forced to buy an item I do not want? Then I… agreed to their terms was prepared to move forward and the sales man Alex and the manager went to war with me DEMANDING I insure the car PRIOR TO PURCHASE?? They were not only rude but outright hostile and even became hostile and deliberately purposefully insulting and I finally said how about you have a chat with my insurance agent? My own insurance agent contacted a local agent to attempt to clarify the matter with them and speak sent of this matter with them only for them to boldly LIE AND TELL the insurance agent the car was sold?! It absolutely was NOT SOLD!! That was simple enough to verify by having a friend call. Whom they then offered the car to. What sort of business is this?! What sort of crazy business management monkey house crazy is this?! I felt very insulted and as if I were dealing with sone bizarre personality disorder people. Their hostility was completely unwarranted and beyond reasonable rationale. Shocking. Horrible. Like what a massive headache. Should not be that hard to be a costomer of their. I am still in a state of disbelief. This sort of experience would put a person off all car buying for years to come. As I said still in a state of disbelief!!!
