    Your front desk staff, Austin Williams, in particular is amazing. He takes the time to answer any questions I have no matter how crazy they sound and he will repeat it till I understand it. He just makes my experience with Ford a whole lot easier with everything when I come there. I hope that you let him know from my survey that I appreciate him. I don't want to leave all the other staff members off as well. They all are very courteous.

    2010 Ford Mustang gt. The staff was good but I bought the car and it came with a key looking thing and nobody at the dealership know what it's for,kind of frustrating.

    Service ~ The entire staff from dropping off the car to completing the job was excellent...The gentleman that I met as I checked in my car was very knowledgeable. He suggested what he thought was the issue from my description of what was going on. And he was correct...Great service and very efficient on the time required to do the repairs.

    I came on the lot just to look. I was approached by a salesman i told him i was only looking i advised him my credit was horrible. He asked what kind of car i was looking for i advised him of the vehicle i wanted. He took me on the inside to begin completing the paper work it was late in the evening. He called me at work the next day and told me he worked out a deal while it was not the car i had picked out. The one he showed me was fully loaded with everything i wanted in the vehicle. If you have horrible credit like me go to Capital ford Raleigh NC on Capital blvd. They paid off the 1500 I owed on my 2007 pt cruiser that i got from a buy here pay here lot. Thank you Capital Ford for working on my behalf. Your Customer service was outstanding. A special thanks to Rick Stanton my salesman and Aric my finance manager.

    Very attentive and courteous staff, along with employees behind the counter that know what they are talking about for a change and listen to you, very important! This is the third location for Ford Service I have gone to since buying my Explorer three years ago, very dissatisfied with previous service departments so think I have found a home here for my service from now on, thank you!

    I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased and Capital Ford in Raleigh Capital Blvd made the experience really easy for me. The staff was very helpful.

    Your staff handled my issues in an excellent manner but I am disappointed that the throttle body and brake booster failed with less than 50K miles on the car. I have not had similar problems on any of my Toyota's and one of those has over 100K miles on it. Right now I think the service department is better than the car you are selling.

    The courteous nature of the employees at Capital Ford was evident from the time I stepped on the property. Yes, it is about selling cars and making money, but at the same time making the customer feel as though they made the correct choice in dealerships. Then after the deal is done, taking the time to make sure I had a full level of comfort with my new purchase went a very long way. Thank you!

Danielle was our finance professional and she too was very professional, well informed and an excellent source of information.     Overall my experience was excellent. The sales staff was kind and informative. I appreciated Rich's attention to detail and promptness in responses. I would definitely use him in the future if we decide to purchase another Ford.

    I went to receive an oil change, under my maintenance plan. I asked the representative Stewart if they could skip the rotating of the tires because I had just brought new ones 4-5 days before and saw no point in it. He stated that that step is a part of the routine, and I replied understanding but if he could inform the workers not to this time that would be great. He wrote on the paperwork to skip that step. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I went to check out with Stewart and he acted as if he had a little attitude. I think some was to blame being that his friend (someone the whole staff knew) was present. Then He mentioned that the papers I was receiving showed the grades the car received and what they did to my car and he told me they rotated the tires anyway and I asked even after you told them/ noted below not too?I was reading the paperwork I was receiving to make sure things were straight and to make sure I understood every thing that was done, I do not like to leave with questions that I could've asked while I was there. In the midst of me reading he acted as if he didn't hear me when I asked my question and proceeded a little later to say everything's there as if I was incompetent and was trying to rush me off. The attitude was rude and not needed. I do not feel that he understood the manner and uncomfortable experience he was giving off. I really do not like coming here anymore, especially off of one experience. I am ready for the Maintenance plan to end, that's how bad I felt disrespected. I am thankful for Ford and the maintenance plan, but to be treated as if I am incompetent, especially because the whole staff's friend who was loud and obnoxious was present is not my idea of the Ford brand.

    The staff was amazing. I came in unexpected and they took very good care of me. Stewart and the other gentleman at the desk was awesome(didn't get his name..sorry). They answered all of my questions. Great Job and for the record I would like to say that when I purchased my car there 2/2015 everyone at the dealership was awesome.     I purchased my vehicle from Capital Dodge in Garner, but because I purchased a Ford F150 I chose to take it into Capital Ford for items noticed weren't working. They were extremely helpful and worked it out with the other dealership to see that the items were working and functional and under warranty. Very satisfied.

    My salesperson, Kenny Burnett, found a great car to fit what I was in the market to purchase. He and the finance group worked to meet the price point I needed. They also prepared as much of the paperwork as they could in advance of me stepping on the lot. This made for a smooth process when I did arrive. I've had the car now for a few days, and I couldn't be more pleased.

    We were looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and within 4 days we received an e-mail from Capital Ford telling us that they had just received one in as a trade in. It was exactly what we were looking for and bought it the next day after arriving at the dealership. We were treated wonderfully. The whole transaction was terrific. In the past 15 years I have bought all my vehicles from Capital Ford and it is the only place I will ever buy a vehicle from. Fair, honest and a caring attitude are all hallmarks of this dealerships. You can look other places but you won't get a better deal than from Capital Ford. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
