    It was an excellent experience to deal with Hanna Export.When I went to Hanna exports to sell my car.Steve Smith ( Sales manager) took few minutes to give me best offer and within 15 mins we did all paper work and closed the deal.All process went so smooth and got my money next day in my account.Also he arranged for dropping me back to my home.Thanks Steve.

  • Nice Car, but.......

    Great Car, Friendly people, so why a 1 star review? Negotiated a little better price than sticker, but embarrassed to admit that I didn't catch that the paperwork was done at the original sticker price. Also, they promised to detail and fill the gas tank before I brought my daughter to pick the car up the next day. Car was still dirty (they did wave a pressure washer by it) and no fuel had been added. The extended warranty they aggressively push is through US Warranty Corp, Terrible reputation and overpriced. Called about my complaints, but they have not returned any calls. I guess there is a reason used car dealers have the reputation they have earned!

    It was a wonderful experience dealing with this dealership. The sales person, Jerry Stiner, was professional and most helpful. From the greeting with a sincere smile to the actual delivery making sure I understood the full operation of my new vehicle. I highly recommend asking for him. I also met the manager, Chris, he was most helpful and eager to make my deal with the highest code of ethics. My finance manager, Brandon Winder, was extremely thorough and made all the paperwork easy to understand. I had one very minor adjustment to my new vehicle and Jason in service did it in such a timely manor with absolutely no issues. Under promise and over deliver comes to mind. I noticed the vibe of the whole place was positive and watched the interaction with their other customers. Everyone seemed happy and pleased. Bravo to this exceptional car dealership. They do it right! This whole place I recommend. From the product to the facility to the people.

    Mike and Brandon provided excellent customer service during a recent purchase of my vehicle. I traded in a vehicle and they gave me top dollar for it and got me into the vehicle that I loved.     First impressions are everything. The website was great. Made a site visit and the Lot was full of great vehicles to choose from. The staff at the front counter was awesome. The sales team was great. I honestly felt bad for my salesman because he was literally running back and forward across the lot helping customers with keys and tags for test drives. This wasn't because they had a lack of staff, I would say they had approx. 8-9 salesman working the lot, it was due to the number of customers they had. The old saying goes if your looking for a good restaurant, then drive by and see how many customers are lined up. I test drove 2 vehicles that day but didn't buy anything. My wife and I decided to shop around and we visited others such as CarMax, Leith, etc. We found Hanna Imports to be the best deal , and honestly felt like the product was on par with the larger dealerships. Our only critique would be that after they receive the cars in for sale and do there checks before putting it out on the lot, they should give the car a through cleaning on the inside . They originally lost our business because my wife has allergies and the vehicle we test drove had a little cat hair inside of it. She freaked out, even though she loved everything else about the car. Nevertheless two days later we purchased that same vehicle and the onsite car detail staff did an amazing job cleaning it, shampooing the interior, etc. getting rid of the allergy issue. We will defiantly buy here again and recommend it to all of our family and friends.

    I would like to say coming to this dealership traveling 2hours was the best decision I could have ever made. My salesman was Mr Mike he was great he went to the extreme to help me find the car I loved. No pressure no hassle I would recommend anyone to this dealership!!!!!

    Out of all the dealerships I visited when shopping for a new car, Hanna hands down had the best customer service. My car buying experience was stress-free and Zac would work around my schedule, even if it was his day off. Zac was knowledgable, not only about every detail of the cars I was interested in, but helpful in walking me through what all I needed to do to make the purchase. He shared with me the CarFax on each of the cars I was interested in and helped guide me to choosing the car that would best fit my needs. It felt like he was more concerned with my happiness with my purchase than him making the sale. All the cars I looked at were competitively priced and in great condition. I was incredibly satisfied with this experience and will recommend Hanna Imports and Zac to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

    I recommend this Dealership to everyone. The first vehicle I purchased was a 09 Infinity G37 Sport, this time I purchased a Lexus G350 F Sport. I couldn't be more satisfied with the managerial support I received from Charles, along with the personable customer service I received from Bobby and to seal the Deal the explosive and informative experience with the Sales department.     Easiest vehicle buying experience ever. Dory and Angela were over the top friendly and accommodating. Fair trade in value on my vehicle along with great price on the Suburban. I ask them to detail the vehicle before I committed and they did without even debating. Made sure some little things were taken care of as well. Professionally treated by all. No pressure at the finance table like most dealerships. I recommend giving them a chance to find your next ride.

    It's the worst dealer ever dealt with it I want this Dodge minivan 2014 SXT and I fill out an application for the credit and I told the salesman his name Mike if my credit is low I could bring my wife and cold sign for me and this been going on this is the fourth day and he never called me back when I called him he said he's going to call me back and check with his finance manager I never did and this is the second time they've done that to me so the Dealer's no good

    i visited their facility on the 23rd of May 2016 and specifically identified a vehicle for purchase. 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV. That being said, i test drove the vehicle and had it independently inspected by another service facility. After careful inspection the front shocks were blown, steering pump leaking, driver side rack and pinion leaking, drive shaft seal into the front differential leaking, and as if that wasn't bad enough the oil pan gasket was leaking. [non-permissible content removed]? They have their own service department and i was reassured by the representatives at Hanna Imports that they had all ready gone through the vehicle and conducted their own inspection. Needless to say i walked away from the facility bitter due to the fact that i wasted half a day doing my own do-diligence on something the dealership should all ready have identified. As if it couldn't get any worse, the dealership ran my credit before we ever got close to being in agreement with the condition of the car let alone an agreeable sale price for said vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!
    • We have reviewed your comments and have great concern with the items you are stating. We have a staff of Certified ASE Mechanics and this vehicle was looked over by a senior mechanic. According the the RO that was pulled we replaced the front links, sway bushings, front and rear brake pads, rotors, passed NC state inspection and ordered a cerner cap from the Cadillac Dealership for the wheel. We are one of the few dealerships in the state that even allow you to take the car off of the lot and take it to a personal mechanic of your choice. IF we had things to hide, why would we allow people to take it to their own mechanic? We were not presented with a written Repair Order of the things you have mentioned here on Edmunds? We have not seen any such report and would need to know that it was done at a Certified Mechanic Shop. We sell approx 300+ cars a month and do business with integrity and honesty. Not to mention, we give you a FREE 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty on the engine, transmission, drive train and drive axles. If you had a concern, why not present that to a Manager? As for your credit, we do NOT input credit information into the system. We have kiosks where you do that yourself to keep security and privacy 100%. If you filled out a credit application online at home or while here at the dealership, you read the consent form and asked for financing. We do NOT pull credit without your consent and the individual is the only one who inputs the info. Pulling credit any other way is illegal, and that would not be possible here becuase we have special procedures in place. This information you are placing online is not accurate of how we do business. If you have concerns, please contact a Manager to discuss them in detail. 919-878-5855 ext 111

  • Horrible dealership

    I've tried to contact this dealership 6 times after I filled out there online credit report. I have decent credit and they have a car that I really wanted. I called and I've reached out to them through 5 emails and no response. I live 4 hours from there dealership and I wanted my ducks in a row before I made the drive. In my own opinion I think they have terrible customer service. I will be in touch with the owner of the dealership and let them know how bad there salesmen are.

Obviously the emails have not been getting to the right location. We have 3 emails that have been sent in our system on record. Our BDC Coordinator, Amanda, has tried to reach you via email. The original request did not have a phone number. It was not filled out when sent in. We have a lot of remodeling going on and her desk has been moved w/o and extension at this moment in time.
