RELIABLE DEALERSHIP

Told internet salesman Tim about my situation with my negative equity/payments/money down/ suburban got sold then was told about a Yukon that was priced higher than the suburban and was told that we would get a… great deal on it because we were driving an hour and half away. My husband got there and the Yukon price was the same as the internet price and we have not had anyone call us back in regards to sale. (Tim has called but not the actual saleman )I mean at least call with a No or we need this or something. Tired of getting the runaround from Dealerships. Its all about them making a profit and could care less about anything else. I also believe that they get some kinda quota off of running a credit check cause now that's all anyone ever wants to do. My credit was excellent but now its shot from all the credit checks. Don't go to this dealership if you are looking a deal because they wont make one.We are so sorry that your experience here with Trent was not exceptional, We strive to make every customer a customer for life no matter how far they have to drive in order to do business with us. We take every transaction personal and seriously. Knowing that it is a big decision buying a car and knowing you have many choices in where and who you can do business with. World Class Service

He is currently deployed and I decided to give it a shot without him. I walked into Trent and was immediately… greeted by Bruce, he was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything and was relentless in making sure that he got me everything I needed in my new Acadia. The experience was "World Class" because of this I will recommend Trent and also Bruce as a salesperson to work with. Thank you for making this an easy purchase for me!! I had been looking online at new cars and saw one that caught my eye so I contacted… Trent via e-mail and got immediate response! I went over on a lunch hour and was greeted by a salesman (Jim) ready to show me the car. Jim was very helpful in showing me everything there was to know about the car and to make sure it had everything that I wanted in a vehicle. I was able to test drive the car and fell in love with it all within my lunch hour! I am now the proud owner of a Cadillac SRX and couldn't be happier! Jim even contacted me a few days later to check and make sure I was still loving my new car and if I had any questions.
