by Courtney on 05/18/2019Let me start by saying Danny my salesman was AMAZING. He was extremely personable and truly helped me search the lot for something I was happy with. His finance manager Jess, is a different story. She looked at me and told me what I wanted… was not an option (a 2019 Ford Escape). She pointed me to a non-accessible car which does not work for me or my families needs. After that, informed me I could only do something used on the lot. I walked out, and went to Sanders Ford who put me in a 2019 Escape identical to the one I wanted (new), right in my price range. I’m sad that Danny lost the business, but after my experience, I don’t recommend anyone finance through Cella Ford.Great People

I would have rather stayed close to home but neither Hasting or Doug Henry had this particular vehicle. I am glad I went. They had… the vehicle and worked with me to get all the discounts I was eligible for and gave me a great trade in value on my vehicle. Great people, very friendly and accommodating.
