    The concern I was shown . Helpfulness throughout both my visits . Service department guys were so nice and hospitable, as were Caullin and Matt , in Sales .

    Great over all experience David Thomas helped me from day one with different installs changes everything up into I bought the vehicle. I don't like dealerships and he made my experience much more enjoyable. I would have not have brought a car if it was not for him.

    Patrick went all out to make sure my truck choice was decisive. He showed me everything I thought I wanted and explained the pros and cons of each so that I make a sound decision. As I said up front. Don't try to sell me a vehicle. Tell me what you have and I will buy from you if it fits my needs. Top Notch!!

    Patrick was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It was rainy and cold but he made it a great experience by allowing me to test drive as many vehicles I needed to, to make the best selection/decision. He did not pressure me and that is extremely important to me. Billy was great to work with as well. Very satisfied.

    Was the most stress free car purchase ever thanks to Shelby, our sales specialist. No pressure, was very friendly, sweet and helpful. We did have to wait for Finance to be free longer than we wanted, but once we were there, Paula made the process very easy. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. This dealership is the best I have been to. Staffed with professional, friendly, knowledgeable people. Will definitely give them return business and referrals. Go see them!

    Called about a specific carand they held it until we got there. Bought it after the test drive. they were also able to give us a very favorable interest rate, better than USAA. Very happy!

    There was no pressure from anyone. I was given all the time I needed to look at the car. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help each other. All my questions were answered.

    Fast service. Did have to wait for the finance person because she had several ahead of us, but Ms. Paula in finance and Chad the sales person was very nice and efficient. They made you feel at home.

    My son and I usually dread going "car shopping", he hates it worse than I do but the people at this dealership made it an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, caring, and talked to us about a lot of things and at the same time moved the sale quickly. I bought a Nissan Altima and I dearly love it, and still getting used to it.     Very friendly employees. I saw John Heister online, called about a vehicle, came in, worked out a deal, and drove away in a truck later that morning. It was a very professional experience.

    Drove 45 minutes to test drive a car advertised on their website at a phenomenal price. To our shock, the sales rep quoted a price $3,000 higher than what was on the website the night before. When questioned, he admitted online prices had gone up that morning due to Hurricane Matthew. He said auction vehicles were anticipated to increase due to rental companies holding onto them longer, thus creating a supply vs demand situation. Despite this perceived attempt at price gouging, we liked the car and moved into negotiations. We left after only a separation of a few hundred dollars and due to the treatment of our sales rep. He was repeatedly condescending and meeting our remarks with a level of passive aggressiveness that was off putting. We were told our offer wasn't going to be taken "to the tower" for manager review because it would be denied. So, we left with the understanding if the price dropped, I'd return. Less than a week later, our rep called asking to reopen negotiations and we had a deal. I was told paperwork would be ready and financing set the next day. I arrived as scheduled and proceeded to wait 1.5 hours in the dealership lobby, check in hand. I approached my sales rep to inquire about the delay. Without even looking up, he told me to "speak to the lady in the tower" and pointed over his shoulder. Off I went and found that finance had my paperwork ready. After signing, my rep met me in the lobby with the set of keys and said "We've kept you long enough. Here's the keys. Your car is parked over there." Again, he points over his shoulder to the parking lot. Not once did I receive a handshake from him or a "Thank You" for your business. I was left to go over my car alone, without assistance . The car was missing floor mats but I was too upset at this point to go back inside and bother him any further. I contacted the General Manager the next business day and received a response via email that he would be in touch soon after researching my complained. . That was on Oct. 24 and he still hasn't responded. Not impressed with their customer service skills.
