Terrible Customer Experience
by WJChatte on 06/27/2022Buying a new Porsche should be a joyous event. Not from this dealership. Had car fully paid for before arriving and paperwork took more than 2.5 hours. MyPorsche app has never worked properly and they want me to drive 1.5 hours back to them… to try to figure it out. Car is beautiful and drives like a dream but this dealership is a nightmare. Takes weeks to get back to me. More concerned about the money than the buying experience. More obsessed with getting a good review than making everything right. Didn’t even get my new plate until after the tag expired. Overcharged me on the tax and took 5 weeks to get my refund. Avoid at all cost!!!!
