    Recently decided to take the plunge and buy a new car. After lots of research and thought I decided to go with Paramount VW. I was very pleased and impressed with the whole experience. Jennifer Rhodes was great with getting me set up with the right sales rep named Jason A. He knew his stuff and was not pushy at all. Great team overall.

    On 8/15/15 I took my wife to Paramount to inspect and test drive a 2012 VW Beetle. After a couple weeks of on-line shopping and disappointment over misrepresented vehicles we found the car to be exactly as described. We did not arrive ready to purchase because we intended to sell our current 2006 beetle ourselves. Paramount changed our minds. The friendliness and courtesy was outstanding . Although our sales rep (Patrick Lewis) was new to the job his attitude and candor were pleasing and if he could not answer a question he quickly found someone who could. Their appraisal of our 2006 and willingness to find a way to make a deal happen sent us home in a beautiful 2012 Beetle. It was the best trade-in experience ever - and we have owned many vehicles.

  • My New Bug!

    On 03/18/15, I went car shopping for the 3rd time in a year. I had 2 unsuccessful shopping experiences at other dealerships. Paramount VW made me feel welcome and took the intimidation our of buying a car. I was upside down in my car and only fair credit, but they got me in my brand new bug with a payment that I was good with. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure I was in and out in just a few hours.

    Just purchased a new Passat for my fiance. Bob Smith took the time to show us the Jetta and Passat side by side. He was knowledgable about the cars and pointed out the differences. He did not pressure us at all when we told him we wouldn't be buying on that day. When we were ready to buy, Bob found the car we wanted and made the deal on his day off. Over the course of a week from first meeting Bob to delivery of the car,Bob did exactly what he said he would, exactly when he said he would. A pleasure to deal with. The only thing that was slightly negative was the kid in finance trying to sell me something I didn't want even after I told him I wasn't interested repeatedly. So in summary, Bob was great, Rudi was nice, the kid could learn from them.

    After shopping locally in the triangle and within a 300 mile radius of my home for a particular Auto I was becoming very discouraged with the dealerships not willing to work with me. Melissa at Paramount went beyond my expectations and regained my faith in competency with today's workforce. The car is exactly what I was looking for and they worked within the budget I had planned. They made the process even simpler by delivering the car to my door ! What an easy process. With us having the world at our fingertips via the internet and every product available to be shipped to us why should we have to go to a car dealership? It's one of the most stressful things in life for most people . Well the folks at Paramount took that stress away from me .. Thank you !

    I just purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. It was my first car that I had purchased on my own and so far it has been a pleasant experience working with Paramount. My parents were the people who dealt with the salesman because I was in another state, but even with the distance barrier, things have gone very smoothly. They have really helped me through this big purchase and I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

    I leased my car from paramount Volkswagen recently and had the pleasure of working with Alan Cook. He was a great salesperson who was very straightforward with the process so as to not keep me at dealership forever. I had VW growing up and made the mistake of switching to Honda, but I couldn't stay committed. I missed VW and the employees at paramount VW made a great welcome back to German engineering.

    I had a great buying experience at Paramount! Melissa was very helpful in explaining all of the features on the Passat. She and the finance manager stayed after hours to complete our deal and make sure I got started off right. The play area kept my 3 kids entertained while we talked. Great experience overall.

    I was sold on the Jetta TDI from the beginning, it's a fantastic car, so it all came down to what dealer would offer the best price/service. For that I searched at four other VW dealers and Paramount was where I purchased my car. Alan Cook was the salesperson that made everything happen for me. And I'll be frank, car salespeople don't exactly have a sterling reputation for being straightforward. Alan was the exact opposite. He was disarmingly direct, honest, and truly had my interest in mind. He also handled all the paperwork hassles and even delivered my new car to my doorstep. These guys are awesome.

    I recently purchased a 2014 Jetta from Paramount and it was a pleasant experience from the minute I entered the dealership. I didn't know anything about Jetta's and my sales person, Josh W., was very thorough in explaining the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy, since I was at the beginning of my car hunt. Josh followed up with me, with email as I requested. When I went back to purchase, working out the deal went very smoothly and I left stress-free with a car I love! I highly recommend Paramount, as well as my salesperson, Josh who went out of his way to explain everything about the Jetta I could think to ask!

    I must say that dealing with Rick, Josh, Rudi and Andy when buying a car for my daughter was probably the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. From the first moment their follow-up was spot on. They did whatever they promised, on time and with such great demeanor. They treated my daughter with respect and even though I was negotiating with them from out of state, they responded as if I was there in person. They not only did what was necessary. Because of time constraints, they delivered the car to my daughter, in the snow, and picked up her trade in, exactly as promised and on time. All in all, a great team to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

    Josh was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car we were purchasing. The whole process was hassle-free.     First of all, I was looking forward to buying a new car about as much as a root canal. However, my wife and I purchased a new 2013 Volkswagen Jetta Sportswagen TDI from Paramount on Jan. 18, 2013. Our sales consultant was Alan C, and in my 45 years of driving I can honestly say that this was the best experience of buying a new car that I have ever had. I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and knew what I wanted to pay. We actually traded in both a car and a truck. I had originally intended to sell both, but the trade was so generous that I opted for the trade instead. Mr. C was very courteous, helpful, and informative. All of the staff at Paramount were equally pleasant and helpful as well.     My purchase was a great experience at Paramount VW! My salesman, Ned O, was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. (Both through e-mails and on the phone.) Everything that needed to be accomplished for my trade-in was taken care of via Ned's expertise before I left my house to travel 400 miles to Hickory, NC. With that, everything went without a hitch once I got there and I drove home a beautiful VW R32 at a fantastic price!

    My wife and I have purchased almost 6 different cars between the two of us in the last 12 years, and I must say this has definitely been the easiest one so far. The sales staff never made us feel pressured or like we were on an assembly line. As soon as we walked in the door it was so refreshingly different from any other car purchase we have experienced I was a bit floored. The Team at Paramount asked exactly what we wanted and didn't throw any gimmicks into the mix. I will, and have already, recommended Paramount Volkswagen to many of our friends and family.     I had an amazing experience buying my Passat from paramount VW. Caleb is awesome. Seriously, avoid the creepy used car salesman cliche and ask for Caleb. He knows the product and provides great customer service.

    I bought a new VW Beetle convertible last week from Paramount and Alan C. They worked to find a car for me and made the sale and trade very transparent and easy. Financing was handled quickly, and everyone was very professional, kind and fair. I love my car! I also like the extras that Paramount offers, such as valet service.
